Everything was great. The only downside was the off-ramp was closed due to paving. We had to take a long detour… no fault of the hotel though.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is always clean. I also appreciate that they do not use scented laundry detergent or fabric softener as it triggers my migraine headaches.

My suite was clean and comfortable, the air conditioner was fantastic and the people at the front desk were professional and friendly. I would happily stay here again!

Our stay was excellent. I was surprised by the kitchenette in the room. It was modern and very nice. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was very clean, fresh, and spacious.
The Bottom-line here is that I plan on staying there again. It's a nice hotel!

This was an excellent overnight location for us, and it is pet friendly. While the hotel was nearly full, it was extremely quiet. The facilities are nice and the breakfast was good. Coffee too.
We found the $50 cost to bring our pet to be excessive. Also, one of the pillowcases on our bed appeared clean, but was covered in someone else’s hair. We were too tired to deal with this and just didn’t use it. This seemed weird given how very clean everything else was.

We booked this hotel after a long day of driving and were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast ladies were so nice. Our room was clean, big and the bed was comfy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay.

Conveniently located near Christiansburg Aquatic Center, the room was spacious and met our needs with the pullout couch, large bathroom, and full kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was better than expected and had a good variety. Clean facility. My kids enjoyed the basketball court and we used the gym.

Staff was very helpful at the front desk and breakfast area. Lynn in the breakfast area deserves special recognition for helping out the guests. I rented a king suite that was spacious, clean, with a full-size refrigerator, and kitchen with pots to cook in and dishes.

Staff were friendly. The rooms clean and comfortable. It was off if 81 but still quiet. It had full breakfast. There were glass plates but people with concerns for germs they had paper products. The refrigerator in the room actually worked I would return if traveling in that area again it had swimming pool guest laundry and workout room. All were in working order and clean

From the moment we walked through the door, until the time we left was one of our best hotel experiences. Jackson at the front desk at check it was efficient and friendly.
Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens were super cozy. Sad our stay was less than ten hours.

Really impressed with how clean and quiet this hotel was. We loved the workout facility all the machines seemed new and clean. Only complaint is that the indoor Pool (which was the reason we chose the hotel) was not open until 9am and we really wanted to swim before getting back on the road. I would think that homewood suites is a hotel or business travelers who have to work at 9, dont understand why it has such a late opening.

If you are taking a long trip from deep north to south or vice versa, its a great pitstop in the middle. It has everything you need for a recharge to continue. My family will be making this a stop.

Parking space is inadequate when the hotel is at full capacity. Adjacent to the hotel is Fairfield Inn which uses the same parking spaces that appear to belong to Homewood Suites.

Breakfast was lacking compared to other Hilton properties we stayed at on this trip. No protein other than processed scrambled eggs whereas other properties all had various proteins and omelettes.

Great friendly staff! We happen to stay on a Wednesday when they have a free social evening with food and cocktails. A very nice surprise! Kids loved the pool! Very nice and will stay here again!
