When me and the family arrived due to heat be out out at the house, there was nobody there to check us in. When I called the after hours number there was no answer. I am trying to get a refund.

At check in we were informed that we needed to incur a charge of $100 for a deposit and that it would be erased at check out. We checked out over 24 hrs ago and it’s still is pending.

I was disappointed that the facilities were worn.. the vanities and flooring. Strong chemical cleaning smell through out. Each bath towel had quarter size hole in each! Signage was not adequate to find in the dark. Disappointed that lobby was unmanned 10pm-7am.

The room was comfortable for the most part, but the cleanliness of was not good at all. The shower curtains were disgusting, molded, stained, gross. Everything was old, paint was chipping off everywhere. The bed linen looked cleaned but the comforter was dirty. Their continental breakfast was also very disappointing, giving us very few options and no hot food. We were grateful that we had a short stay there.

We would not stay here again. The check-in should have taken less than five minutes, because I checked in online and paid online, it took fifteen minutes and we were the only people at the counter.
The hotel is old and needs to be updated.

Looks like an old Wyndham property that badly needs worn fixtures updated. Carpet, bed, and even pillows were pretty good and clean. Very old flat screen TV with a picture that uses about half the screen area with low-D picture. Carpet and furniture pretty good actually. Walls ripped up and bathroom door jamb had been broken through at some point and never repaired. Sloppy painting with drips. Breakfast is a bare minimum, but coffee was good from the machine. Hallways smell of extremely strong lemon cleaner but not in room fortunately. Definitely stayed at far worse though this one not to the standard of major chains (which it is not).

Only stayed for one night. Hotel is pretty run down. Expected more for the price!! Had NO hot water for our entire stay. Property refused to refund any portion of the cost of our stay. Breakfast was a joke. For sure would never stay here again.

I took one star off because there was a very strong floral fragrance in the lobby and hallways. This is NOT good for those of us that have breathing difficulties ( such as asthma and COPD).

This is a fine budget option compared to surrounding hotels. The room had all the necessary amenities. Decor and breakfast could be less institutional but they're in line with the room rate. Staff was nice.

Despite reading a few negative reviews, I found my room very clean and accommodating- the continental breakfast was very good and the staff was professional and friendly.

It definitely should not be rated exceptional. The staff was very nice but we didn’t see a single room that looked like the one in the photos. The first room we checked into was clean enough but I’ve never seen such old, beat-up sinks. The room was very dated. We asked for another room and were shown two more that were no better than the first room we were given. All of those rooms were on the second floor. Finally, we were offered one on the first floor which looked better. I hate to be critical but I think it is only fair that people know what to expect.

Looked for a budget friendly hotel in the area close to everything. Casco bay inn was the right last minute choice. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was provided, although we chose the Freeport cafe down the street. Much better than cereal, breads and juices.

We stayed one night on the way to Nova Scotia. The hotel was very nice and neat. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very good. Breakfast was good with the typically cold offerings these days. TV was a little small compared to other hotels these days. Staff was friendly. 3 mi to Freeport.

Really comfortable bed , good pillows, but that fish smell that jumped to my nose when l walked in the room was disgusting ,buy other than that, it was clean and confortable.

We had 2 rooms. One had a bathroom that was not very clean and was extremely used, needing major updates. First time ever asking to change a room. The other room had a strange odor. Also major strong air freshener odor in the hallway, like they're trying to cover something up. The whole place was very tired. The front desk person, however, was very polite and accommodating with our request of a room change.
