Great location (across the street from Maine Beer Co!), good value, clean updated rooms

Lots of noise from street and other guests; breakfast was mediocre

It was a fabulous little touch of luxury. Room was a little small but it was enough for us for 1 night. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. Staff was so pleasant. Breakfast was good.

The room was smaller than I realized, so for 3 people, it felt a little cramped.

Nothing. We did NOT stay overnight as I felt unsafe there, both in the facility and especially in the room itself: access door from hotel wing to customer parking lot was both unlocked and propped open, allowing access to anyone who happened by; the peep hole in the room door was plugged, so that you could not see a person on the other side of the door. I requested a refund immediately and was told to contact Booking.com, which I have done. Their response was to send me this survey. I'm not impressed.

At check in: my address and incidentals payment info had been merged with another guests' stay info and this error was only caught by me when I was asked to "accept" the charges on the terminal. External access to room wing: unlocked and propped open for ANYONE to access the property. A reeking and overflowing cigarette butt receptacle stood just outside this door, no distance whatsoever from this supposedly "smoke free" facility. Room itself: the door peep hole was plugged so that you could not look out to see who might be in the hallway. I requested a refund immediately and was told to contact Booking.com, which I have done. Their response was to send me this survey. I'm not impressed.

Breakfast was good.

Coffee was instant out of the lobby but the keurig pods were very good.

The hallway had some split pink junk all over the floor. The parking lot was filthy from people living there and junk cars. also watched a drug deal go down in the parking lot while kids are staying there

It took 40 minutes to check in, only to find a bathroom full of hair!

The place was clean , a wonderful breakfast, and great location!

Nothing bad

Nice single level hotel.

Check-in took a very long time. One person behind the desk kept answering the phone calls coming in while three groups of families were standing in the lobby waiting to check in. I had a pre-paid room but it still took 25 minutes to check in before getting my room keys.
