The property has a very nice and understanding staff. However, housekeeping not available all days.

Our third stay. Excellent for family. Bistro in Reception plus grocery store nearby. Both shuttle and local bus to train station / Disney are efficient and clean. RER to Paris easy. Navigo passes are best bargain for airport and Paris access. Available at airport and local train station. Photo required; can easily get onsite.

Townhouses feelt in need of significant renovation. Cold, bad shape, bad smell, feelt dirty. Showers, wc feelt really bad. I regret taking my family here.

A real village theme with spacious houses all overlooking lakes and parks. A real relaxing retreat with a lot of activities but also very conveniently located by Disney Europe and also by Paris

Great option near Disney with lots of space. Staff were friendly despite being slightly overwhelmed. They are working on car charging facilities - that was the only thing I would add

This was a great place to stay with my kids everyone was so great and friendly they say the French don’t like Americans but I had no feeling like that

Our 3 night stay for a trip to Disneyland was made even more special! The hotel/properties were flawless. Amazing staff, high standard facilities, perfect swimming pool and simple access to Disneyland. Definitely staying again and recommending to friends!👍

Very nice hotel and friendly people

When we first checked in, I was under the impression that we were checking in for a room, but to my surprised it was an actual villa (house) that has your regular living room / kitchen / laundry and bedrooms. It has it's own marketplace for your to be able to buy stuff so you don't have to leave the premises. Overall our stay there was super impressive, and we will definitely choose this place again whenever we return to Paris for a vacation.

We were so pleasantly surprised at how much we loved our stay. The staff at check in were fabulous and Katarina was lovely. I would absolutely stay here again.

We booked a townhouse for 5 nights stay. All was good apart from lots of dirt and hidden dust everywhere. Both me and my husband ended up sneezing and coughing until we realise it was because of the dust. We reported it and cleaning team had to spend good 4 hours there for place to be breathable. Apart from that and very outdated spa/swimming pool facilities everything was good. We didn’t try breakfast so can’t comment on that but used the shuttle bus to get to Disneyland and that was very good. The kids club was also helpful. Nice place for families to stay provided your rooms are clean.

Before booking I read some of the reviews, and I was sceptical with the hotel, but when we arrived here, WOW!! We stay 4 nights, the breakfast excellent, the food at the Bistro very good. All the staff more then friendly, and there to help us. So overall we will come back for sure!

The rooms are spacious and have a French vibe in it

We stayed at the 3 rooms department and it was very nice, comfort and very clean. If we will be at the same area we will surely come back

But leving time inappropriate it was very early

Excellent experience

The first night, the next door guest called security and threatened to have us thrown out because she works here due to my 1yr old crying after long travel and time change here in Paris!!!!!! We are from USA lady with jet lag and her ears adjusting. Then second night AC unit went out in the entire villa. Reception was notified and sent tech and in the morning of the 3rd day AC went out again!!!! Front desk was called and I explained it was hot and I have Asthmatic 9yr. Front desk offered me to move the rooms but it was morning and we were on our way to Disneyland and it was our last night. Front desk suggested maybe stay in a different room, but leave items and sent two fans over. Mind you, we are in a two bedroom unit with a party of 6 for a room that sleeps 6. I gave fans to kids. By the time we got back from Disney it was late and kids passed out. In the morning out of not being able to sleep I requested a noon check out to get myself together and was denied due to the statement of another guest will be checking in!!!????? How when AC unit WASNT fixed while we were out for 12hr. I feel unappreciated, and now I am leaving and going to another hotel 8min away with hope for better experience!!!!!!

Great location and beautiful grounds. Truly enjoyed our stay. Very close to Disney Paris. Recommendation would be to open the bar and dining room for lunch.
