Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast had lots of options and was good. Parking in garage is 25e a day. Sauna and Steam room were a nice treat after hiking. Highly recommend!

Veronica was so welcoming and the accommodations were immaculate! I would definitely stay here again! The views are breathtaking especially from the pool!

The only drawback is that it's a brisk 1 hour walk to get to the city center if you are a tourist.

Nice city

This is an ideal choice if you are driving to Bolzano and the Dolomiti region, as it's directly off of the autostrada. The hotel is located in an industrial estate, but only 500m from a Regionale train station, that will get you into Central Bolzano in 5 minutes, without driving into a ZTL area and searching for parking. The rooms are modern, immaculate, and spacious and the pool facility/deck, was a treat during the Heat Dome period when we arrived in July.

Very good but the cook was watching people how much food was taken for breakfast we pay for that

One needs a car to get into town. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. For the children two real beds were placed into the room. There was still sufficient room afterwards. Breakfast is not very special but still OK.

A beautiful hotel with loads of amenities, with the highlight being unbelievable staff. After a rough night and having to find this hotel last minute, Maryan and her team at front desk completely changed our night. Would highly recommend this hotel, due to the lovely staff, large and clean rooms, and fantastic pool and breakfast.

Stayed the weekend in December as a family and had an amazing experience. From the gifted hot chocolate to our child through to the cookies at check out, all interactions with staff were fantastic. The breakfast was great as was the restaurant for dinner, the roof top pool also clean and warm. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to the north of Italy. The only change I would make is we have an electric hybrid car and didn't know to reserve the electric charging port, was fine before another guest reserved it as we could charge the car, but once that guest arrived they had the charging port for their duration and it wasn't available for use. More charging ports for electric as there were many electric / hybrids in the garage would be an excellent addition! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We had to forfeit the first night and we called the hotel on tge 24 at 2.30 pm. Were told someone would call bk as the person I was speaking to did not quite understand english. It did not happen. We called again and were told it was then too late because it was after 3 pm to cancel. The reason to postpone arrival on 24 December instead of 23 was that our children luggage did not arrive until 24 and we had to wait at Milan Malpensa. So we were charged the night and cancellation fees for both rooms. I do not think it is fair and customer oriented. Hotel blamed on Orbitz

This hotel is a failed attempt at reproducing the hospitality we have grown used to at Sheraton Hotels. From our first to our last interaction staff at this hotel were subpar. It's hard to describe, but it felt like staff acted pervasively grumpy and snobby despite the entire hotel being quite average. The breakfast buffet was of low quality and felt like somebody had made a Walmart run to produce a large quantity of items. There are many choices in Bolzano, I recommend skipping this one.

Overnight stay during trip, very good. Wish breakfast started earlier for the early birds, otherwise options for room without breakfast.

At check in, after starting the process, the recepcionista answered a phone call and proceeded making a reservation for the client on the phone totally oblivious of me waiting to be served. No towels available at the pool area when I arrived and no one in sight. At dinner time after 15m sitting on a table we left since nobody came to take an order. At breakfast time no glasses on buffet. Several waiters looking around but nobody seems to be checking. Service needs to be better trained. Great facility deserves better service!

Our room was not particularly clean and the mini bar was empty, there was not enough soap, and the coffee station didn’t even have one serving of coffee. The breakfast was lovely and the bar downstairs very lively. The proximity to buses and easy access to markets made the location pretty exceptional despite being way out of town and near the airport.

I know they don’t use much AC in Europe , but it is a Sheraton and we had one in our room , but just did not cool off the room .None of us slept well .. otherwise , everything was nice , including a good breakfast

Great experience, lovely modern and comfortable hotel. Great level of service as well, staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Bolzano!

Great place for a base to the region.
