Very good and clean.

Both the sink and the tub plumbing was backed up and drained very slowly. By the time I finished a shower the water was ankle deep

Very clean and very nice. Staff friendly. No pool, but waterways are a short distance. Close to Wentworth Douglass Hospital Clinics. Only had coffee in the morning

The room was basic and clean. It served it's purpose of a place to sleep. The staff were nice. What I didn't like about it was the lobby smelled of dog feces, one of the hallways smelled like cat urine, and I couldn't step out of my room without the hallway or elevator smelling of weed. Not one to step on toes on how people want to live, I just don't need to smell it every second.

This stay started off and ended well with front desk staff. The person who checked us in was lovely and was quick to help when we couldn't get into our room because the door was stuck so tightly neither my husband nor I could open it. The same was true for the bathroom door which couldn't be fully closed. I am not a fan of toilet seats without lids. The bath tub was slipper and no rubber mat provided. The room lacked insulation and the elephant in the room above us tramped around all night. The AC temp couldn't be adjusted. There were no USB ports -- a now standard feature in other hotels. We will not repeat this visit.

Dirty very unfriendly staff

The property appeared clean, but had an off putting smell of stale body odor.

Bathroom were stinking, room was not clean

While the staff (and other guests) were very nice, the property felt so dirty. My room smelled musty and moldy. There was possibly mold around a vent on the ceiling (blackish brown substance). The bedside floating shelf had something sticky on it, with a stain from a drink next to that. There was hair on it, and some more on the bed. I was excited to leave the next morning. The only thing I liked about the room was the mattress, which was very comfortable.

Too cramped in room, spartan accomodations. Very hospital roomish. Way too $$$ for value received. Stay somewhere else worth the value. 4 thumbs down.

Building was worn but clean. The room was small but expected for the rate paid. Tight quarters and not much room for luggage. Was not aware it was pet friendly so traumatic experience for one guest who is afraid of dogs. Not much on site for food options but stay was good for the short trip. The staff was polite and helpful.

The front desk was very friendly and understanding. The room however was very dirty. Walls were stained with whatever it is splatter and the room was damp. Even our bed sheets felt wet. The elevator reeked of pee so we took the stairs and that was worse. Smelled of vomit. Very dirty hotel.

Room was pretty clean but place was in need of repairs

The room was clean and the staff were polite and efficient. We just spent one night, late flight in from Boston before driving back to mid-coast Maine. The room was clean but the rug in the entrance and the elevator were fairly run down.

Overall the room was clean and updated. The property was dirty and had people living in the parking lot. The dog friendly area had vomit and a person living out of the car with his portable grill. Just don't go outside and overall inside is not bad, and location is good!

I found the room was very small for a queen size room. The motel did not have many amenities. I did like that they accepted pets without a fee.

Check in staff unfriendly. In room a/c did not work. Towels were threadbare and size of postage stamp. Bed was completely unacceptable and uncomfortable. Pillows unacceptable. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Would not recommend.

Disappointed in this facility. The room was not well kept, no tissues, no shampoo. The washing machine worked but the dryer was broken. The luggage cart tires were all square and they had new tires but didn’t take the time to put them on. Way, way overpriced for what we got!!

Toilet didn't flush correctly and couldnt move us to the next morning

Disappointing overall condition. Bathroom very badly clean and would need a tune-up. Very poor soundproofing.
