There place had No power still haven't been refunded false advertising on site hit by hurricane trying find somewhere safe pay for room I was told call get money back that almost over a week ago I paid insurance protection with plan to insure refund if something was to happen

Terrible not clean ,hood room

I have noticed this place doesn't have many good reviews I am here to say it is under new management and it is amazing the rooms are really remodeled and nice the people will work with you the only inconvenience I had was through Expedia and the dates Other than that I would recommend go there

Rooms are cheap and you get what pay for. Areas a little sus but if you need a room just for a night it'll suffice.

The room was the nastiest room I have even seen. Roaches, mold, dirty walls, was proposition may times for Unspeakable things from people staying there. One night we heard gun shots in the parking lot just outside our room. Another night one of the guests had there music beating excessively loud all night. I booked through Expedia and it said they had a pool with a beautiful terrace. There’s nothing beautiful about this place nor the pool because the pool had no water and full of trash. I cried when I found out that I put my family in a non -refundable situation I couldn’t get out of at the moment. But definitely won’t be back and don’t advise anyone to ever stay in this roach infested crack motel. Not only is this place horrible but the owner and staff are very rude. DO NOT STAY THERE!

Terrible. I had to pay an extra $20 becausw they didnt have a king bed, which is what i paid for. And the heater/AC didnt work properly as i couldnt adjust the temperature. I slept at 62 degrees in the room. And the toilet did not flush even after several maintenance requests. Flnally it is ghetto.

Okay, I understand this was a two-star hotel and it's not in the best location and it is definitely seen better days but that room was perfect for someone with disabilities in a wheelchair. I have stayed in a lot of so-called accessible hotel rooms but this one was perfect for my needs. The large king size bed was Spartan in it's accompaniments but it was clean and unlike a lot of bargain basement hotel rooms, everything was clean and I did not see any sign of bed bugs.

The rooms are old and the ceilings were dirty, the bathroom toilet was old, and the bed was sitting on the floor with poles under them. Just terrible!!

Roaches everywhere, holes and stains on bed sheets and blankets and pillow casing. 2 inch gap through door to outside. Couldn’t understand clerk, dropped key into a bucket of water.

I stayed one night and i saw two people arrested in the am its super unsafe i was so scared and its not the cleanest bring your own towel and wash cloth

Not a safe area, got offered drugs in the parking lot. Checked into the room and had blood everywhere, wasn’t clean.

Trued to take a bath had no stopper went to lay in the bed and there was roaches under the covers and on the walls

The office staff was rude and belligerent to a minor who was checking in before me and flat out lied to her and we saw roaches in our room, the fridge didn’t work, no ashtray even though I selected smoking room. There’s no way to dead bolt the lock so you can lay there and worry all night that someone can break in

very dirty , floors, walls, bathroom, Terrible.. door was unsafe and window curtains Falling down ,stand, then was charging us for the damages that was all ready there .. had to clean bathroom myself. .. not recommended 😕

Nice and clean

The place was not clean, The pool was shut down by The health department. Roaches in the drawer just a Terrible experience would not recommend it to anyone.

We didn't even stay one night! It was the filthiest hotel I have ever seen. Paid for the room on line and didn't get my money back! I will never stay at another econo lodge!

Very very basic no frills but very quiet and good location

This is one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in. The room stinks holes in the wall unsafe to leave nasty rude attendant in the lease can go on and on. When I was going to my room, I was approached by somebody to buy drugs. And I paid $80 for this nasty place. So I will be contacting the city health department to see about getting it condemned. Bad place

Incredibly disappointing. Dirty showers, restroom. Lack of air conditioning. Bed as comfortable as gravel pit.

Bed uncomfortable an not to clean

Website said free breakfast & coffee and non-smoking rooms & never said anything about a $60 dollar deposit on top of paying $88 for the room, had a couple staying in a room behind us who fought just half the night, plus we were put in a smoking room in 207 with cigarette burns all over everything and I have proof I took pictures cause I didn't wanna get blamed and they keep my deposit which was on my credit card, had to slam the door the curtains barely covered the window, the tub looked horrible shower curtain kept falling, thankfully we didn't take a shower plus people walking around outside asking for money, it wouldn't bother me if I was there alone but I had my wife with Me and if she didn't have to get up early we would have left but couldn't get another room and when I talked to the Guy at front desk he said he knows the couple who were fighting cause they work there and fight all the time and had just afew channels on the TV, he wouldn't even talk to them or put Us in another room, thank God I never have to go back there again that hotel needs so much work done to it and all the female cleaning stuff just stood outside in parking lot smoking and talking, there was a floor Guy who worked the hardest, he never stopped working.. anyway you need my photos of the room let me know

We had to pay an unexpected deposit fee. I feel like deposit fees should be mentioned in reservation documents. Luckily, we had brought extra traveling currency and we could afford to pay the deposit fees, but for someone that wasn’t prepared … this could’ve been a major problem. ALWAYS mention deposit fees in your customer’s reservation documents, please.

Bathtub/shower needs a good cleaning along with shower curtain has mold on bottom. Otherwise nice place to stay

Air conditioning kicked out of wall. Bed bugs. Bugs in bathroom. Left property guy working desk said he wouldnt even stay there. Horrible

Place needs alot of work

Could not check in, as a matter of fact there was no one around. Finally a person shows up to inform me that others were waiting for a clean room. The place was dirty and unkempt. I left my non refundable reservation and went elsewhere
