Great hotel to stay at if you are around the area.

Friendly staff, nice coffee/breakfast area.

The toilet would not flush, the refrigerator was leaking and the phone in the room did not work. All in all it was ok. The room was only needed for 1 night

Nick at customer service was awesome and provided the best service. Everyone was very kind and prompt with our request. I also love that Nick gave us complementary services.

I wish I didn’t have to write this but my recent stay at this hotel was not what the website described it to be. For one I was not given the room that I made a reservation for 3 plus months prior and when I talked to the front office they made it seem like they did me a favor giving me a room at all even though I made my reservation way in advance. 2nd, the room had spider webs everywhere, in the window and on the ceiling. Hair was on the bathroom floor by the toilet and by the shower. The plugin in the bathroom did not work the towel rack in the bathroom had rust on it. The shampoo bottle in the shower was empty and the body wash was watered down so much it wouldn’t even make suds (and the brand of bathroom products was not Paul Mitchell, even though the pictures on the site say that’s the brand they carry) The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The whole stay was extremely disappointing and I feel taken advantage of.

Great stay while visiting relatives in town. Super check-in with Jacob and continued front desk excellence. Breakfast was delicious and staff there also excellent. Rooms clean and quiet.

Great location; quiet; safe

I specifically reserved this room for two nights. However, you did not make sure this hotel reserved 2 nights. I arrived to find it had only been one night reserved. Now I have to re-register tomorrow morning for my second night. I most likely will not use Expedia to reserve my hotels in the future.

Comfort was outstanding and the staff was top notch

We were given room 225, handicapped room. Glasses in the room were caked with dirt. The front desk gave us new glasse when we asked. Coffee maker was filled with dirt and unusable. The shower only had a hand shower which could not be hung up. Kept bouncing around and made a huge mess of puddles in the bathroom

Large suite and very clean

I just stayed for one night but the room was absolutely beautiful. I got the king suite and it was more than enough space for two people. The true standout was the staff. I immediately walked into the beautiful lobby to check in, and I was immediately welcomed by there friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic staff. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel every time I visit!

All the furniture was nice and newer except the dresser, it was junky and beat up.

nice room, traditional, comfortable. Only downside was the older plumbing because the water took a long time to heat up, and temperature varied d/o use (e.g. water cooled if someone - somewhere else in the hotel, not my room - flushed). OK two downsides - too much advertising on TV but that is probably just the way TV is.

The hotel is pretty clean. The front desk ladies were friendly as well.
