It was a good stay. The only negatives were #1 our suite with kitchenette had dirty silverware. #2 The bed wasnt real comfortable and the pillows need replaced.

We had no blankets for the second bed in the room, and they were out of blankets. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t appealing and everything was messy. The pool area was very slippery and got tub was cold.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, rooms are so nice, beds were comfy, LOTS of pillows provided. Kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/dishes/silverware. Kitchen has a stove, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. We walked around our room in our socks and they stayed clean. One of our pillowcases had drips of blood on it when we arrived and there was hair in one of the showers. Otherwise, everything was clean and organized. I would definitely stay here again.

Next visit, I will ask for the third floor....rude stomping visitor above us and farther from outer EXIT stairway door.
It's a shame NOT TO BE able to see hotel OR its signage from the address street, in Roseville.

Layout of the first floor is pretty wonky, but the staff are friendly. The elevator near my room was broken, and my first key cards didn’t work, but the room was very nice, quiet, and clean.

It was a wonderful stay. Looking forward to booking again. But if some thing could be done concerning the door leading to staircase banging shut, the stay would be 1000% better for all.

We picked this hotel due to the close proximity to "The Venue" at Thunder Valley Casino. It was very close for an Uber ride to the venue. Hotel was clean and fresh. Nice breakfast included and close to lots of other fun adventures that we enjoyed such as axe throwing (@ Get Axed) and playing at Top Golf. What a wonderful fun filled weekend getaway

Everything was great but it was odd the room had only one very small trash can only in the kitchen, the bathroom did not have a garbage can. Also the plates in the cabinet were very wet, like they were put away before they were dried.

The hotel facilities and our room were clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, we got stuck in the elevator for over 30 minutes with 6 other guests and the staff refused to call the fire department! Eventually one of the people in the elevator managed to slide open the door. The hotel staff blamed us guests for the incident because we went over the limit of passengers. The sign informing guests of the 7-person limit was posted on the INSIDE panel of the elevator. One had to be INSIDE the elevator to read it! There was no apology nor compensation offered. We will never again stay here!

Horrible experience. Dishonest I should call it. I Stayed there in February 2024, I booked my stay through Expedia and I paid full amount around December 2023. After my stay I realized they charged me double, I had to open a case through my banking company and the hotel manager kept on saying they refunded me, but they never did. I was about to then open a case through visa due to the big confusion, when after more than 3 months the manager named “ADORA” realized they never refunded me back then. I wasted my time for months and all the freaking stress for their lack of ability in making a correct refund. They never even offered an honest apology just a “well I’m sorry”.

The first time we stayed here it was such a a great experience. Nice room staff was amazing! This time was the total opposite, bugs in the room, breakfast was not so great, one of the staff members wouldn't stop talking about how much she hated working there (older lady with grey hair) terrible an and how she has been there from the beginning and how it is so ran down that she can't believe they are even open. Actually really sad to say we will not be going back

I personally don’t like to write out reviews but I can’t seem to move on with this review unless I put something. So I have to either write something or completely stop the review. The good news is we had a great stay but there is really a shortage of parking it seemed.

The hotel was fine. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. Our room did not have a shower curtain. We asked about it and we never got it replaced. Not a huge deal, just odd. It was in a good location for what we were in town for- and lots of restaurants nearby. Sheets were super soft.

It is a Lovely, humble suite with all the amenities around the area. At first, it was hard to get there, especially since the map doesn’t tell you where or how to get there from the Towne Center parking lot. It was a little bit dark while arriving there at night great. Overall, staying in this hotel has been a pleasure; hopefully, we will do it again.
