The hotel was clean and comfortable and accessible to shopping. Good customer service front desk staff were great. However the Air conditioning/ heating system was a bit noisy difficult to have a restful night.

The room was very clean. I always clean my hotel rooms when I check in. I was cleaning the room and every surface I cleaned there was no residual dirt. The floor was vacuumed and the room smelled fresh. This is my second time staying here and I will definitely stay here again when I visit the area.

The room was fine When I climbed in the bed , it was extremely soft and everything rolled to the middle like a worn out mattress will do. Woke up with an extremely sore back

Front desk very friendly, professional, and helpful, they actually remembered the reason for my stay the next day asking how my visit with my grandchildren was. Hotel was very clean, decent breakfast, and quiet.

We were in Roseville for a competitive swim meet and we wanted a place for our granddaughter to relax between sessions. Only about 10 minutes from the pool and plenty of stores around for supplies.

Loved this hotel! As soon as you walk in, it smelled SO good in there, very clean, very friendly staff, very comfortable, A++++++ We went & stayed for 2 nights for the Jason Aldean concert & we loved it so much we booked again for December for the Journey concert! I highly recommend this hotel, it was very well priced too! I booked threw a 3rd party, no problems. The only hiccup was we did get woken up by the fire alarm at 6:15AM but it ended up not being nothing serious & we were back in the room within 30 minutes.

The stay was fine until the smoke alarms went off at 6 am bad way to wake up , evacuated Hotel. So we packed and left 4 hours early . Glad that safety was at a priority but messed up our sleep , breakfast and travel plans. Only negative was additional entire door locks didn’t work so we had to go thru lobby vs use a entrance closer to our room.

I found large crumbs on the carpet in my room in the sitting area. I stepped on a large piece of something, maybe old sharp popcorn and it hurt my foot. This should have been vacuumed up from previous guest's visit.

Overall, pretty good. Was frustrated that it took 3 calls to the front desk before someone answered. Then I was immediately put on hold.

The room layout for a suite was weird and felt cramped

Overall the stay was as expected. It made us a bit uncomfortable that they said their card reader was down and had to photo copy our credit card. They said it would be kept in “managers desk” which didn’t exactly ease the worry. Seemed a bit weird and with so much fraud these days, I’m not a fan of their strategy.

The room was very clean and well laid out.

The A/C was hard to control leaving the room too hot and too cold day and night. Should have standard A/C unit instead of these new ones. Parking was okay but someone parked way too close to me and ended up bumping my car door leaving white paint ok my door handle, so that wasn’t cool at all. Breakfast is limited during the week and weekends. I did have to unplug the sink and the tub from the left over water from other guests or cleanup which was gross. There was zero air ventilation in the room or bathroom when you turn on the lights. It’s a vent but it doesn’t turn on to let steam out. This hotel was a one and done for me but thank you.
