Rooms OK design but not clean/fresh, especially carpet. Dinner good if eating in main restaurant. A la carte restaurants are OK at best, terrible at worst. Lunch good if they are serving leftovers from dinner. Otherwise below average. Breakfast OK. Coffee good. Tea OK. Wine terrible. Other drinks not good. One annoying detail: When they cut watermelons, they cut out the best/juiciest part in the centre and serve the guests the rests. The good parts probably save for themselves. Beach OK. Piers good. Pools OK.

Great value resort for the price. Contrary to other reviews, the WiFi worked great everywhere on the grounds, the beds were clean, the food tasted great and had lots of variety. The resort does show it's age at times but that is reflected in the price. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Antalya.

The staff are so friendly and helpful

This hotel is a nightmare! Stay away! They have a roach infestation roaches crawling all around food, rooms, luggage, furniture and your body when asleep. We paid for all inclusive and didn’t eat a thing in the hotel. We didn’t sleep nor did we enjoy it. It was the worse experience I have ever had in all countries I’ve traveled in the world. When issue was brought up to hotel management they said their not surprised from roaches employees are demotivated and simply don’t care. They have been reported to official departments with photos and videos.

Hotel was excellent in regards to facilities and food. Huge selection of food, tasty. However the service from staff was very unwelcoming and poor and lets the hotel down. Staff seemed rude and unfriendly and we felt this was more so towards south asian individuals. The young male at the reception Mert was the only friendly staff member along with the waiters. Hotel is dusty and could do with a renovation, looks old and outdated. Bed bugs in the bed, woke up with severe bites and itching, we had to change rooms due to this. Very poor standards from a 5 star hotel. Overall the service from staff and the uncleanliness was disappointing and we will not be returning on this basis.

We were 4 ppl .. 2 of us had food poisoning and stomach ache Nothing to eat from 2 pm to 7 pm .. no snacks Room fridge: only one cola one fanta 😂 Staff: A friend wanted to meet us.. they said no or pay 900 TL for a meeting .. I said he will leave in one hour .. then the receptionist said: "You are a kiar" out of the blue .. what training these ppl receive 🤔

Plenty of opportunities for eating and drinking in pleasant surroundings with attentive staff.

A fabulous hotel in a wonderful setting with a wide choice of food and drinks.The members of staff were all friendly, polite and helpful.The bedrooms were lovely with comfortable beds. Beautiful views of the sea from our balconies.The evening musical entertainment was very good!

All inclusive stay. Mongolian and sushi restaurants were open and included in all inclusive price. They had another ala carte with pizza and pasta. They also had a few places to eat lunch. Buffets were decent selection. Also had a few bars scattered around the property. Drinks selection in all inclusive was good. Rooms were a really good size but dated. Three pools and beach. Plenty of sun protection on beach. They had concerts and shows in the evening for entertainment. Wifi was terrible throughout the hotel. Staff barely spoke English. All in all was a good relaxing stay.

We had a great time with my mum at Club Sera. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and there was always lots to do. We particularly liked the yoga classes with a wonderful coach Ignor and evening parties with Krasavchik and co. Thank you very much to all the staff for making us feel welcome and helping us enjoy every minute of our holiday!

The amenities advertised were nice, but the entertainment floor was closed our entire stay, as well as the Mexican restaurant, which I was looking forward to. However the charisma and cheering smile of Yasemin in the Lobby made my trips through very neat! The beach, salon and spa were well worth the stay. Thanks

Great location - close to the city and the airport (no disturbance from the passing planes though), friendly staff (although looking tired sometimes - probably due to huge number of multi-national and multi-cultural visitors), amazing decor (reminiscent of 90-s and sometimes dated but striking nonetheless), excellent food options including two a-la-carte restaurants (breakfast choices could be less diverse but more refined though), fantastic sea and beach (beware that sun umbrellas can be in short supply so better get up early to secure one), great entertainment and great after-sea facilities (shame that the indoor swimming pool was empty and that the spa centre closing at 7pm). Without being too picky, overall - excellent value for money. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend to everyone!

Nice, but dated hotel, efficient check-in. Problem with the rooms electrics which where sorted in a few minutes, air conditioning wasn’t working in the hotel which made it quite uncomfortable unless you left balcony door open. The pool area and the decked areas are amazing and the staff are friendly.

I will not say this is a 5 star hotel. Maybe it was before when they won prices for 5 years ago, but now it's far from it. The beach it's not clean at all. Dogs going around and pee everywhere, I have nothing against dogs, but when you need to look where you going to not step in poop and pee than it's to much. And of course the garbage too much. Wonder how it will be in July and August. The food is also not so much to say about. Yes if you stay for some days it's okey, but for longer stay its the same food every day. And also nothing special. People who working there are often polite and want to help, but also here it's some people who are rude, special in reception. They should Learn something about how to treat custommers. All in all maybe it was a good hotel before, but unfortunately I can not say they deserve 5 stars, it's to much who is bad here for that.

Very dissatisfied as no where on Hotels.com or on its Website did it say that only a 1/8 that of facilities were open. All hotels I’ve stayed at all over the world tell clients what is open & not open. The food in the self service restaurant was dreadful except of course if you wanted to live on salads. It started to work m prove a bit in second week but still was not 5 star food. The bedding in the very plush looking bedroom was dreadful. The quilt was far too small and did not stretch full over ver large bed. We had 3 pillows that were what I would use or expect in a hostel. I asked twice for better pillows & none turned up. I know it can be better as we stayed there last Autumn & everything was open. We obviously did not pay high season rates, but if I had known most of the facilities were closed I would not have booked there. Happy to have payed happy high season rates in a similar hotel. Staff were great mostly. But won’t be back. Very disappointed.

Is not 5 star expectation. they don't give room on main building, my room was on the small one bad Points.- cleaning room is horrible (for a couple male and wife, you live me just 1 small bottle of shower? if i do 3 times shower? )i was and buy my self shower gel and shampoo - i love animals, but is not acceptable to see dogs an cat on lounge- If you pay wi-fi is only for 1 device 7.72 GBP for 3 days(i have laptop and phone) - on breakfast and lunch time ATTELIA POOL SNACK to many cats and Dog, is 5 star hotel, all people leave food on floor-if don't pay tips to free bars they don't give attentions, or give you on small glasses . if you give something guys from bars, give you on big glasses- on dinner need they put 2 tables for 6 people with 4 glasses- pm dinner need go exactly when open to find a table if not they don't have time to clean.- The animation Team is to annoying , if you speak with one, is come another to to tell the same things 4-5 times.I'm on holiday,relaxing, not to came to every time to activity.-the beer is Vorx or something , is not goodGood things- big places-free wifi only in lounge32 pounds GBP 15 min with skyjetGood for familiesBut is not 5 star in my opinion

Terrible: Nightmare check-in experience Context: I don't speak Russian or Turkish and have been in Turkey many times. We had the worst check-in process I ever experienced. I had to make a long-distance call to US Expedia. The reception refused to check-in my family as the reservation only had my name (First time having this issue in Turkey or anywhere). I asked them to call Expedia, so I can do what they want, and the response was we can't and I should just come back to the counter after I fixed the issue. Before finding out about the naming issue, We asked them to give us rooms on the same floor and they accepted. However after the issue was resolved, those rooms were not available anymore. I wonder if they just assumed we will give up on our non-refundable hotel or we forget that they said there are rooms on the same floor. The next day we tried to make a reservation at one of the restaurants in the hotel, and we had to talk to TWO different people on the phone, and then go to the concierge the next morning to finalize the reservation. Another occasion, we were simply told to come back the next day, because we did not speak Russian or Turkish. The food was good, but the fruits were so bad, that I do believe they pay extra to get bad fruits!

Gorgeous stay. Snoop is friendly and does nice activities. Being a five stars hotel, they should put back the kettle in the rooms without having us ask for it. Also there should be a box of tissue in every room.
