Staff was very courteous and professional. Check in process went smoothly.

I checked in and the room had wet/dirty used towels that were folded up and stacked as if they were fresh towels. The TV stopped working the second day in. The water pressure in the shower was very weak and the toilet didn’t flush well. Every single door on the 4th floor would slam and could be heard throughout the night even with two sound machines on. Most of the gym equipment is broken.

Hotel staff was incompetent, beds are hard as a rock and pillows have barely any fill in them, Not enough parking (especially for ADA, which I had) I had to park across the street in a restuarants parking lot because of the limited parking and someone parked in a handicap space with no handicap plates or placards. Never staying there again!!! Checked out a day early and stayed somewhere else instead.

Wonderful shuttle service from airport and it was 1:30am. We called the hotel and they sent the shuttle within 20 min. Check-in was a breeze and the gal was very sweet. Hotel is very dated and as a frequent traveler all over, very overpriced for the hotel BUT, friendly staff, comfy beds, GREAT hot breakfast choices and the way I know I can always trust and rely on Marriott, I would say this was a “win”!!

We had an excellent experience at the hotel. Very conveniently located next to a gas station and 2 restaurants. We were able to catch a rode share easily too! Very close to the Doscovery Park where we were going for 4 days. The hotel felt very safe!

Very comfortable.
When we entered the lobby, there was a strong smell, being scent-allergic, I was worried. But it was just a painting job in the cafe area, and the staff at the front assured me that she is aware of my scent -allergy and reserved us the third floor far away room. She was right no smell in our room. Really appreciated the attention. Thank you.

Check in was easy and quick. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Cherryl and Erik at the front desk were awesome!! Great stay!

First staff member wasn’t rude, but clearly not a friendly welcome either.
I called down to the front desk to have a wake up call at 4am (which was the same person at check in), which I thought she scheduled.
We never received call.
My second alarm (which was my phone, backup to the hotel wake-up call) was ready to alert us at 4:30am.
We both know we never got a call since we both naturally woke up at 3:50am and knew we only had a few minutes before the wakeup call.
Checked the time on my phone, and it was 4:18am.
Shoot! They we were rushing since we had a shuttle and flight to catch.
Lady at checkout very pleasant and explained about when the shuttle would be ready for boarding.
Driver nice and got us there safely in time.
Place/grounds/room was very clean. Felt safe and restaurants near by.

Stayed the weekend, the property was well kept inside and out. Everything worked in the room. The breakfast was fine and internet worked well. There was one sit down and oncfast food restaurant in walking distance and gas station. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

The hotel appearance and functionality of all items in room was perfect. Very pleased room had functional refrigerator for keeping my prescription medication cool. Pool area nice w some shade from trees on one side. Staff very friendly. They allowed me to check in even though I lost my drivers license w wallet at airport

Thank you very much for the great experience. Coming in you could see the cleanliness and the nice upkeep of the hotel.Check in went smoothly. Staff were nice and professional. Our room was clean. Breakfast was available by 7 a.m. There was an excellent variety to choose from. Food was hot and the staff was keeping up with refilling items. Thank you very much for the great experience.

We booked a larger room, but the one issued was by the elevator and above the lobby. Heard staff and patrons speaking well into the night and was woke with staff / clients laughing outside. The view was non existent, looking at the back of the front entrance from the 2nd floor. Breakfast was delayed. We suspect someone didn't show up and one (hardworking lady) had to do everything on her own. Good for her. Bad for the hotel and guests. Never again.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. We could not enjoy the breakfast because we needed to leave for our plane. Breakfast should be earlier or offer a go bag.

Check in was a little slow. One clerk was assisting me with check in and was having a little trouble. Another clerk was assisting another customer and was being very loud while doing so. No big deal, but with a hearing deficit it made it difficult for me to understand the clerk that was helping me. The hotel was excellent. It was very clean, comfortable and was just what I needed for the sleep I needed before an early morning flight.

This was a good option after getting in on a late night flight. The 24/7 shuttle and free breakfast were the best perks. The hotel was undergoing a little renovation, and it wasn’t in the most pristine of conditions, but overall met our expectations.

Good, convenient spot not far from the airport suitable for a quick stay. Staff were very friendly, and breakfast was very good. Simple parking, close location to gas station which made topping off a rental car quite easy. Building was under a little construction so a few things needing a little clean up, but that’s part of the quality improvement portion of things. Nice stay overall.

This is not a Park&Fly hotel. I was fooled by the “free parking.” It is only for the night you stay, otherwise $10 daily. Great shuttle to and from SMF. Comfy beds and great staff. I will stay again!

My car window was broken into, the hotel did not inform me of this. When I arrived to my car my window had tape and plastic around it however, no one from the hotel contacted me to inform me someone broke into my car.
