Apartments are lovely. Very basic but perfect for what you need. Comfy and clean. We only used one pool area but good enough. Sunbeds aren’t that many and some people on the ground floor put theirs at their balcony doors and expect us not to take them when they weren’t using them (no towels etc). Location wise it was a good walk to shops etc and paths are slippy when wet leading down the roads. Bar food was cheap. Room was very spacious. Shower not great pressure or temp was the only bad thing. All in all good property.

The apartment was fantastic for the price and the gentleman at the reception could NOT have been more helpful. Fantastic employee and I'm sure we're not the first to mention this.

I have to start with the bad comments.
The cleaning needs improvement. They advised us that the cleaners come twice a week but on the 5th night, I had to mention this to reception as they had not been and was told “your 1st clean day is tomorrow” which I was not very happy with.
A family also left and after 3 days, the rubbish and towels were still left there, again I mentioned this and the next day they where removed.
They have a bar which is cheap enough, food was hit and miss, sometimes really good and then sometimes not the best prepared. They never have change and left us standing around waiting. They run out of food and condiments too which was frustrating.
Good things - the size of the rooms were very good and decent sized balconies. They provide a bus into the town 3 times a day too which is a free service.
Overall a decent stay and would stay again if no other hotels nearer town were not available.

We enjoyed our stay although the apartments were quite a walk to the centre or beach, we hired a car to visit the island so it didn't affect us. The staff were very pleasant and the apartment was cleaned every other day beds were changed twice a week. the only problem was the cooking facilities and utensils were a little sparse. We would be happy to stay their again.

These apartments are quite a way from the town centre in a residential area, but there is a free bus to town three times a day and a taxi only costs 3 euros. My apartment was huge and had everything I needed. The decor is a little tired but is was perfectly clean. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every other day and my bedding was changed three times during my fortnight stay. Staff were very helpful. It was very quiet during my stay, so plenty of sunbeds but the pool was far too cold for me to swim in. The layout of rooms is a little confusing at first and there are a lot of stairs to negotiate. After a couple of days I found the shortest route in and out with the fewest stairs! Great value for money.

we arrived on 28th dec 2015 for a 4 night stay,we had apartment 14 which was huge it was lovely,lots of sun on the balcony,great kitchen area immaculate right through

Everything and anything extra was at additional cost, when checked out member of staff was too busy chatting to return my tv remote deposit. As point of principle chased hotel up afterwards to have this refunded, took phone call and at least half a dozen emails, eventually when I threatened to leave negative review had money returned but MINUS bank charges i.e. I had to pay for their mistake!

i booked this to surprise my partner as she was away with her family. Great place, clean, spacious and great value for money. Only downside is that the walls are a bit thin and was a bit noisy, didnt get in the way of sleep though

It was away from main town but within walking distance for restaurants and supermarket also beach.The apartment was spacious and clean the swimming pools were clean but cold the kids didnt mind though, there is an aqua park just behind the apartments a few minutes walk.

A run-down apartment block in serious need of some TLC, a bit of a hike to get the bars and shops. The room had a smell of dampness on arrival however the staff moved us the next day without any issues but the alternative was not much better the place is just run down, not the best accommodation.

The room was big and clean. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Hotel is not very modern and the smell in the room was a bit unpleasant. We stayed for 2 nights and I was satisfied with a stay in general. However, for a longer stay I would choose a more modern and comfortable hotel.
They also require a 20 euro deposit for a TV remote, which I found surprising.

Nice apartments, really relaxed. Great location. Easy from airport etc. It might not be fancy, but its perfect for us. Great holiday, second visit!

The apartment was very big, the kitchenette was fully furnished, everything working fine, the swimming pool was not bad (but do you really need it??) and the service was quick and easy. The position is not great (not on the sea, not close to anything) but it is in the centre of the island, so it is a good place to split the visit in half. Having a car is absolutely mandatory.

Holyday was very good. The major dissapointment was that I requested a double bed, however the room was with two singles. The receptionist promissed to find different room or double mattress, however it did't happen. Therefore we had to push those two beds together which unfortunately was't comfortable to sleep at all.
Despite that receptionists were friendly and gave good advice about the best local restaurants and what places are best to visit while on holiday.

Simple clean room with plenty of space. There is a bar on site, which can do evening meals and breakfast. The communal area has sun loungers around the pool. Lots of facilities, snooker table, TV etc are coin operated.
Only bit of bother we had is the tiled floors transmit noise easily, which we found out when our neighbours retuned at 2:30 am.

Hotel receptionist very helpful when documentation for our transfer from the hotel to the airport did not turn up 21hours before pickup time,despite a minimum of 24 hours stated on our travel documents.She (receptionist) chased up our documentation and despite frustrations trying to contact the relevant people concerned remained professional and eventually received the documentation required.

All rooms face the pool area - staff started moving the sunbeds around at 7.15 which was not necessary - these apartments are cheap - but you need to pay for everything extra such as sunbed cushions - use of TV and Wifi - 25 mins walk from the centre, but taxis are cheap - costing 3.50 euros a pop - Bar service is friendly - cheap beers etc at happy hour. Naff plastic covers on matrasses - yuk

Good sized, clean apartment at a very good price! From reading certain previous reviews, I was expecting it to be really bad but was in for a nice surprise. If I ever go back to Lanzarote, I would stay here again.
