It was a very clean and nice hotel. Beds were great and the staff very nice.

Overall it was a very average stay. I was very disappointed upon checking in finding blood stains on my pillow and the room had a slight mildew smell. Also, some of the breakfast items were still slightly frozen. It was somewhere to lay my head but nothing spectacular about this place at all.

I loved my stay! The only thing I would say isn’t really a complaint it’s something to watch out for. The plug to the AC came out of the wall during cleaning or by myself and I didn’t notice it till it was hot. That’s on me but it can get easily knocked out by a foot since it’s in between the bed and wall. I can report that the AC did catch up with the cooler temp once I plugged it back in in though.

The ladies at the front desk was great, helpful and professional. The overall appearance was clean. There were only three luggage carts of which I was able to get one upon check-in but there was non available for checkout. Breakfast was good, the area clean and staff helpful. Really my only disappointment was the smell in my room. It was clean however there was a mildewy smell of which may be the carpet and a musty smell in the bathroom. With this having been a remodeled hotel it appears the carpet was not removed. I hope that the next guests will have a more enjoyable smell.

Hotel was okay, it was a nice place to stay but about what you would expect for a Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast was on par for the accommodations. I booked rooms for a large group and the check in proccess was hectic and very stressful. Otherwise the hotel stay was good and as expected. Probably a 3 or 4 star hotel stay.

The night staff was so kind. Clean rooms for the most part. Breakfast was great and the morning staff was just as great as the night staff. Beds are super comfortable!

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was fresh and good. Highway facing rooms can be noisier when trying to sleep. Very convenient to University Hospital.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but much of the facility was worn and in need of repair. Ice machines on the first two floors were both out of order, and the several parts of my room showed signs of handyman repairs.

what I most like about the property was it was near the freeway and other things I needed to do without use of GPS

The hotel is next to the interstate our room was on that side and it get very noisy around 4am, The room was clean but hallways and the grounds around hotel was filthy.

On our way to Mobile Alabama for a cruise trip. This made the perfect stop for us! Such a pristine and clean hotel. Staff was amazing!

Stayed here 4 days (2 days we knew about/2 days were unplanned) while my dad was in ICU at a nearby hospital. The staff was amazing. They asked about him daily. One of the best continental breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Rooms and lobby were very clean. Great location from the hospital. Would definitely stay here again if needed.
