Overall a convenient and nice hotel. We never did get into the pool because it was too busy with kids. The breakfast was pretty good, but was not stocked well toward the end of the time period. The AC lacked a continuous fan setting which would have been better for sleeping. Staff was nice.

Clean hotel and room. Great bedding. Wonderful experience all around. Only bad thing was no 24 hour coffee. Other than that, great stay.

My room was not ready at the 3o’clock check in time so my daughter had to get ready for her basketball game in a friend’s room. Then when we asked for a late check out they said they were maxed out so I had to rush back in between games to check out. I stay in hotels for travel basketball nearly every weekend and I’ve never had one that wasn’t ready by checkout time!

The towels other guests jeft all over the pool deck and at least one in the pool.

All the employees were very nice and helpful.

The bathtub was dirty, the room smelled like dogs and cats.

The food was fine, our problem was in our room. 1st arrived and there was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. Housekeeping didnt see it beind the door? Could have over looked it...okay. I called the front desk and she came to remove it and brought all new towels. She asked about the rest of the room which we hadn't checked out yet. The bathroom mirror was dirty and the bathtub had a few pubic hairs in it. We pulled the sheets back and looked at the pillows, one pillow had obvisous drool marks on it and was dirty on the other side. I went to the desk and handed them the pillow and said I wanted all new bedding. She was the only one there so I ended up stripping the bed for the new linens. The matress cover was disgusting covered with spots and hairs. When I went to get the linens, the front desk said she would have housekeeping there in the morning. We removed our do not disturb door tag at 9-9:30am, they did not show up until after 2pm to clean the bathroom and the rest of the room. We were told we would be given igh points, but that never happened. The next day, the manager heard me talking to someone at the desk and never said a word. We should have had at least half of our stay refunded.

We accidentally went to the wrong Holiday Inn and saw a beautiful hotel with a bar and looks like it was just overall really nice. Then we went to the budget one which had a coffee bar sitting there, but no coffee really adamant there were no parties nobody was bringing guess said nobody could do anything and we had a lot a lot of truck, drivers and construction workers which I don’t mind but I was looking forward to a more relaxing spot.

Everything was great about this hotel. The room was clean, all the common areas were clean and tidy, and breakfast was even out ready a little earlier than they had said. Overall I would say it was a very good stay.

Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were very comfortable. Only negative was the pool was not very warm. Kids jumped in but not adulrs

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was pretty darn good for a freebie. The only thing I would change is for the bed to be a bit softer but overall a great experience and we will stay again.

Nice Hotel with good location to I-94. Biggest issue I had was the design of the breakfast area. Not enough seating and the shape made it impossible for the staff to keep stocked or for guests to get in and out easily. The 'self-entitled' guests used this to justify not standing in line and grabbing items ahead of people waiting. Nothing staff could do. Juice machine was broken and the refrigerator was so cold, everything in there was frozen. Overall minor issue that should be looked at during the next refresh of lobby. Current design has set up the staff to fail. Function over Style next time.

Dead bolt did not work. Tv remote did not work from bed- had to be within 3 feet of tv.

I looked the Halloween decorations and afternoon receptionist was very helpful and professional.

Housekeeping replacing our towels and taking away our trash was greatly appreciated! Loved our restful stay!

Overall, it was good. The only thing we were disappointed with was the WiFi quality. It would go in and out.

Biggest issue was trying to check in. Nobody at front desk for at least 10 minutes. Sign said helping another guest and be back to assist you as soon as possible. A first in over 50 yrs of travel

Average to good. Bathroom door could not be opened all the way -- banged against the toilet. Overall clean, but carpet should have been better vacuumed. Also, please leave drinking cups for water, not just coffee cups.

The stay was a very convenient location for the destinations we needed to go to. Located conveniently near grocery stores,malls, coffee shops and dining. Breakfast had good choices . The bed and pillows are super comfortable.

It was clean and looked newly renovated maybe? The breakfast was very good in the morning and the staff around were kind.

Quick overnight stay while traveling to Toronto. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Upon arrival, the hotel looked very nice and clean. At check-in, Becky was very polite and had a smile on her face, which was a nice change of pace from more recent stays at other hotels in the area. When we got into the room and inspected it, there were some minor cleanliness issues. There were cobwebs along the ceiling and corners, one of them was quite large. Something I'm sure the room attendants don't always think about while cleaning. I went down to the front desk and got a broom and cleaned them off myself. The bathroom door closed fine, but if it wasn't latched, it would swing open. The metal door frame on the inside of the bathroom door is rusting. The beds were comfortable and quiet, and the pillows were very nice. The breakfast was very good but the one thing missing was some fresh fruit. The pancakes were a nice touch. All-in-all, the stay was good and, if I'm in the area again to stay, I would stay here again.
