Staff was great! Reception, breakfast staff and housekeeping were all courteous, accommodating and very helpful. Room smelled clean and fresh.

Very clean, staff super nice, room service good but didn’t refill coffee by 3 day I was out but fresh brew at the breakfast area so not horrible at all.

I stayed here to visit family and this location is both convenient and comfortable. It’s located both away and close to arden commercial areas so there’s no heavy traffic. I appreciate the staff and facilities - very friendly and accommodating. The room is a bit older but it’s still has the amenities offered and is very clean. I would visit again and stay here next time.

I have stayed at this property many times over the past years when I am in town for work. I know it is being refurbished, and trust me when I say it is in dire need of such things. The furniture is well worn, the chairs in the rooms are dirty and thread bare. The lovely parade of ants that met me in the bathroom to keep me company were a nice touch. The staff is great, they have always been friendly and kind. The breakfast is nice, a nice variety with fresh fruit is an always fantastic. the Pool/spa area was under maintenance, which was unfortunate due to the warm weather. The unsavory individuals, think gentleman callers and 'working girls' and folks smoking marijuana outside of the doors to the hotel were less than desirable. Few dollars more I recommend their sister property adjacent. They are recently refurbished and over all a safer vibe.

I arrived at 1am to check in. I was told the pool was out of service. But the hot tub worked. It actually the other way around. But I was told if I wanted to enjoy the pool I would have to go next door and use the pool there. Then I was hit with a $10/day parking fee!! For what? To wake up in the morning to have the yard crew using blowers and blowing dirt all over my clean BMW. That pissed me off. $10/day for that, no security, not anything. Just another way to gouge people for money. Any “savings” through Hotels.com just went out the window. I complained to the front desk And had the $10/day removed from my bill by a wonderful assistant named Jil.

Stayed here 2 years ago and doesn't seem to be as great now as then. Overall though clean and great service.

Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Pool was out of commission, but they offered the hotel next-door to use the pool instead which was very nice! Convenient location to convention center-10 minute drive with many restaurant options. Breakfasts were good too.

Good hotel. It’s a little older, but it was clean and adequate. The shower was not great. Seemed like the shower head needed replacing.

Overall, property was decent, quiet. Carpet is in need of replacement and the hot tub was being repaired and pool area closed. Bed was really comfortable, however the AC thermostat was broken or not responding and the room stayed 60 degrees all night. Hey, I slept well! That’s what counts. Breakfast was fair but did not start until 6:30 AM so we had to rush in order to get to work on time.

I like it's very close to the highway. The free breakfast was pretty decent. You can tell the hotel is a little outdated. Overall I would stay here again.

Really comfortable stay. Check in was quick and early check in was available for me. Breakfast was surprisingly good as well.

Great place to stay. Friendly Staff, very accommodating check in. Easy access to freeway and the value is very good. Complimentary breakfast is always extremely good when compared to competition. This is my go-to spot when in Sacramento for business.

I travel to Sacramento every month for work and I CHOOSE to stay at this hotel. I always have a great experience here but I have dealt with Liz at the front desk 2 times now and she is always so rude to me. The last time I checked out I was not greeted, acknowledged or even looked in the eyes. She was taking to another worked who was the one who actually acknowledged me and he did not work at the front seat. She was so rushed and acted as though I was bothering her. I really like this hotel and will continue to stay here as long as the situation with this employee improves other than that everything else and all of the other staff was great.
