Stayed there one night, on top of regular rate, I was charged $88 for extra services, but there was no breakfast, crowded front desk area. There were babies crying the whole night next door

It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, big chains and smaller stores. Easy freeway access to 71. The room was good and well-appointed. I like the larger bottles of soap, conditioner, etc., instead of those tiny one-use items. It seems so much more eco-friendly. All the staff I spoke with were amazingly friendly and helpful. There was a noisy room near mine. At midnight to 1 or 2am, walls and stomping and my pans rattling. I dont know where it came from. After they left, it was very quiet.
There was also a shop in the lobby for some food items.
I would choose thise hotel and location again.

The place was easy to get to from the highway and you have multiple national restaurants within a 3 minute walk. Would stay here again for sure! Also the front desk was very nice!

No way to contact the hotel directly….Number no longer in service??? I want able to cancel/change my reservation or to get a refund. It’s really upsetting.

Candle wood suites @Polaris was filthy inside and out ! Stayed there for 5 nights and never seen housekeepers anywhere ! Halls elevators, trash cans overflowing ! Room was sketchy , hair in bathroom .. I had to run to store and buy cleaning supplies
AC was better than outside but not by much in the room ..would not stay again

Property was very convenient to all the things we wanted to do. Convenient, right in between my two girls homes.
The only thing I don’t like is we left our room extremely clean and some sort of $100. Deposit is still pending on my credit card. We have been home nearly one week.

No breakfast buffet i was charged 100. For incidentals and it took 15 days for it to be returned to my cc staff not very friendly or helpful

we were called the day of because you over booked to have our room changed which was fine as long as we had a room. When we got there two other guests complained of no hot water. The next day our brother in-law who was also coming to stay got to their room and were in there for over and hour or two were told that you guys over booked and they had to find another hotel. While they were down at the desk another couple walked into their room to find someone else already had that room. To top it off we had the fire alarm go off at 5am and I do feel that it was super unorganized. I've stayed here many many times ok ver the last 10 years and I think the hotel has just gone down a lot. Its not a terrible place but I think I'll have to find another place to stay. The cleaners don't smile, they just give off a very rude vibe.

The shower dripped all night. Dogs in hotel rooms barking all hours of the night. No hot water. Look warm at the most. Didn’t make for a pleasant shower.

Our stay was okay. The toilet was not totally clean and we came back from being away all day and noone had made our bed nor did we have any clean towels for the next day. We called the front desk and they wanted us to carry down our dirty towels for new ones. Unacceptable as that is what we are paying for.

Most of the hotel staff was accommodating, I enjoyed the amenities such as the hot tub and pool. The gym is nice and the free laundry room is definitely a plus when you are traveling and need a longer stay. Any issues that we had as far as housekeeping they addressed it quickly.

Our accommodations were dirty, it was obvious the capets had not been vacuumed, towels were missing, had to ask multiple times for more towels, finally had to go get. Bathroom condimentss were missing: shower cap, .check out was ridiculous. Needed to leave early, front counter agent told us to use Expidia.com. They.tpld to contact front desk. Very poor front desk knowledge of needing to change departure date. Would not do the change at the hotel. Expedia told us hotel clerk should have done. We will never at Candlewood Suites again. Nasty, dirty hotel, with very poor room service(not cleaned or fully equiped with linens. Beds looked like house keeping remade beds using prior sheets. Had to make 3 trips to front desk to get towels, extra chair that should have been in room. Under bed closest to window, it was flity, and so gross.

Very Clean & sanitary. My room was nice & comfortable.
I disliked the shower! It was for a handicapped and we had to hold the shower head there is no clip to hang it. Also the Curtains did not meet, there was definitely a pair missing...The hot tub didnt work. They claim they have a part on order.

I’m terribly upset. My room was changed from two beds to one and I had to sleep with my guest. And there were no extra pillows. It was very uncomfortable.

The stay was decent. But it had a leaky shower head and the shampoo and body wash was empty. Good thing I brought some with me because I didn't feel like calling for them to fill it. I was there to relax and wanted my privacy.

Waited over 2 hours to be checked in. Room absolutely made us gag and choke. Stuck so so bad we only slept in the room. At check in they kept saying 20 min 20 min that I was afraid to leave and to even know what to believe. The pullout bed was very nasty and stunk like cigarettes. There was no bedding for the pull out and when we asked for sheets and a pillow they said u have to come to front desk and request we don't deliver. Not worth $360.. hell who am I kidding it was not worth $60

Room was nice. Staff very friendly. Although we didn’t use all of the other things available it was nice having a pool, work out room and laundry available. Will stay there again.
