Staff went out of their way to make Booking.com's mistake better. They did everything in their power to correct Booking.com's issues with my reservation.

•I booked 3 rooms on booking.com... only 2 rooms were in Hilton's system at the time of my check-in. •The rates that I had on my booking.com confirmation page were different in the Hilton Hotel system. •The rooms I had selected on booking.com were not all available at the hotel. •I booked 3 identical rooms for my stay. All 3 rooms ended up with different prices and were not all the same due to my reservation not being sent over in the system correctly. •I spent more money and couldn't even get my Hilton Honors bonus points for all the hassle I went through.

I paid for a breakfast which I was told by staff on two occasions were not part of my booking. On check-out, I provided the booking evidence to which the member of staff informed me he made a mistake- on the two occasions. I was offered Hilton Honour points which I have still not received nor any type of refund for meals I paid for but didn’t have. In addition, my 13 year old daughter twice attempted to check in and on the first occasion there was an adult male asleep on the bed. Over an hour later, a different room was provided where an adult male was having a shower. This distressed my daughter.

Asked 2 different times for room cleaning, never happened either time, the first time I asked.

The lobby was really nice, the room itself was clean and ok, the staff was nice and helpful.

Don’t believe the pictures of the bathroom online! It didn’t look like it at all. There was a stain that looked like poop by the toilet, the shower/bath was trash! The water didn’t drain out quick enough so I was stepping in my own dirt! The water pressure was terrible, the lighting was bad and there was no fan in the bathroom to help with the steam! Overall, very disappointing. It is way too overpriced for the quality that I received.

only 1 elevator worked and sometimes it wouldn’t move. The shower only had Luke warm water.

Receptionist was very upbeat. He made you feel welcomed. He really seems to like his job.

Could of had a few more handicap parking. Had some in the back but then could not get in the doors with a key card where they are located.

This was my 2nd time staying and there was issues the first time I stayed. The first time the system over booked rooms. The staff made it right by offering me discounts and free breakfast. So I said I will return and I did. This time there was no hot water Not enough wash clothes again I was giving a discount on my room.
