I was there on a business trip I do not appreciate y'all security guard being more than what he's supposed to be playing RoboCop I see that's why he can't be a real cop he would never make the team because he's unprofessional I don't even want to come back to this place for business because of your security guard when I brought this to the front desk attention the manager did apologize for it but what I was afraid of was what I would have done to him if he kept walking behind me and the door that I got out of my car and then announced he was he like to got shot in his f****** face but I kept my composure because I'm here on a business trip I have no understanding why he was arrested me the minute I got out of my car asking me where do I stay and do I belong on this property he's seems very racist and aggressive and he thought it was funny as well as your staff the one in the blue shirt with the dreads on very iffy on coming back very more than likely I probably won't but I believe in second chances everybody deserves one even his sorry behind health security guard but what he will not do he's threaten me that I will get up out of the place after I use my USD credit as a loyal gold member I was not pleased with my stay he threatened that he was going to get me put out for nothing and a lady at the front desk did Apologize like I said once again the manager need to do something about this he will run money off with that security guard last time customers are always right in TX

Nasty, prostitutes everywhere, no smoking signs but everybody is smoking. Sheets were dirty and no extra sheets, also towels. I had to put towels on the dirty sheets. Cigarette burns on all of the furniture. And my door was closed but had a big gap around all of the edges exposing my room. Only good thing is the water was like warm. It was not hot. The front desk spoke Spanish but moved very very slowly. This was a bad experience. Me and my husband slept on top of towels in this room. I hated this experience.

Stay away. It was a total nightmare. But tolerated it for one night. Dingy!

I literally counted over 20 roaches it was gross

Get what you pay for but had no issues. Which I was expecting to have once I saw it at first.

They were very nasty in the hallways there's roaches everywhere the refrigerator and the room smell like mold and on top of it there's too much loud noise in the highway they have no structure let alone no discipline there they have security but they be focused on the wrong thing like wrong people sitting in a car something they paid for and they can't tell you that you can't sit in your car and smoke you a cigarette is crazy when you try to follow the rules because it's a non-smoking property and they still harass you like you a child I will never come back to this property again

I like it here it clean no bugs n the price is good
