The place is very quiet and clean. A lot of beautiful plants. The employees there are friendly. Easy walk to all the attractions in the town. Resturant are easy to walk to .

The customer service was excellent property dont have parking spots only for about 15 cars

Amazing staff- everyone is so warm and friendly. Wonderful hotel. The breakfast is delicious. I will be staying here again. The only thing was lack of parking around the hotel. Even so- I recommend staying here. Thank you!

Some times have music around the hotel, but not is always. Is a nice place.

4 stars overall because the Fridge was not working. The staff did offer to move me but I decided not to. The staff speaks zero English, but they have translator app ready which was really nice. The maids turn the A/C and open the window which lets all the bugs in and makes it hot, I did not like that. There was no water in the room when I arrived so I asked the front desk and they gave me a free water right away, very nice. Overall this was a good stay and I would recommend to anyone wanted to see San Benito, many good places to eat walking distance and 2 malls.

I just need a place to crash that won’t be a headache to find for family, friends, and taxi drivers. The rates are reasonable. Customer service is pretty good. This is the second year in a row I’ve stayed here. I might reserve here again next time.

Great service and hospitality by the staff. Clean rooms; quiet atmosphere for good rest and sleep.

Location, good room, clean. I did have issues with internet and cable TV, but not enough to be a bother. I suggest the front desk to notify guest that if they park blocking another car, leave key or room number ( I did ) to move car. I was blocked for 2 hours and missed important appointment. Having said that, I would definitely stay with them again.

This Hotel is a low-budget (economical) hotel, located in one of the better parts of San Salvador (San Benito). Although basic, it had all I needed to make my stay comfortable, and the staff was all very helpful and nice. Would definitely stay again.

They need to improve the customer service being more gentle and helpful with guests.

The rooms a very very badic. No dresser to put away the clothes. The rooms need up date.

This is a cute little spot that is suuuuuper affordable. I booked through Expedia and got a competitive rate. When compared with other hotels that offer the same type of room and amenities, this is one of the best deals. The staff is attentive and courteous - cleaning, kitchen, front desk - pretty much down the line. This is also a primo location near the Sheraton, so it's pretty central to all kinds of lunch and dining spots. I'd say it's also safe(r) here. I was also able to walk to Super Selectos, Dollar City, and the pharmacy to get a few items. Overall, I'm very satisfied and I'd recommend it for someone who's looking for a safe place to crash after partying all day hahah.

The hotel is in great area but smell funny and they rushed you for the keys at ten when checking out is at 12 bet and pillows are not comfortable plus they have not blanket your going to be freezing plus they only give you one towel

The Hotel room it was very good, clean and confortable! The staff so educated and helpful. I’ll recommend this place to anyone that travel to El Salvador.
