Lovely restaurant across the road. Good location for Aga Khan palace and central Pune. Only negative, after staying for a full week we had paid extra for late 6pm checkout then had to hang around in the foyer for 3 hours until 9pm when we left for our flight - they insisted we pay full 1 day room fee to keep the room from 6pm to 9pm. We refused so sat in foyer. The room was empty upstairs so the hotel could've allowed us to use it but we felt a full 1 day fee on top of our already paid late checkout fee was unfair. Because of this I will stay elsewhere on my future visits to Pune, so hopefully they will see that their mean behavior has lost them revenue and they will treat future guests fairly.

This hotel is a bit tired and run down for a 4 star rated property. It's conveniently located nearby the airport and shopping areas. Staff were friendly at check in but not so efficient with check out. Overall a 3 star experience.

The buffet breakfast was adequate, but both mornings I entered the dining area the tables were mostly full with dirty dishes from the previous evenings dinner guests.

it located on center and heart of Pune city and near by IT city ..so many restaurants surrounding areas ...also get transport easily..near to airport...

Although it says it has a bar it was not open any time we were there. That said it is a very comfortable place to stay with in general very friendly helpful staff. Close to the Aga Khan Palace.

Good hotel, lived up to expectations. That's all I have to say and do not like being forced to write a minimum number of characters.

The service standards were excellent.Cleanliness,food and service were all good.They ensured my stay(was a business trip) was comfortable.Their staff is polite and helpful .Komal at the front desk & Shantanu, thanks for going the extra mile and making such swift arrangements for my unexpected extended stay.

Stayed at the Orchid Central for 2 days with my wife. Excellent location, clean surroundings, excellent staff very courteous and helpful, most importantly prompt and ‘never say no’ attitude. To top it a very sumptuous and tasty breakfast which satisfies your taste buds may you be from any corner of the country. I would certainly recommend it to one and all. And to the staff- Keep it up.

Hotel's location is very great. You can walking around for shopping and sightseeing. Hotel is center for visit famous place of Pune by car for 10-30 mins. Receptionist are nice. They smile and helper, give Pune information and offer free bus for place not far . Room rate is resonable, convinence suitable for 2 person. Breakfast is delicious We are refreshing when we wake up. After a tiring trip

(As the rooms were getting full because of a wedding happening)End of 1st booking makes them call me again again and disturb the sleep of the guests to pay even after giving them the information during check-in and they even took a note of the booking but they wanted payment, like we would run away. Trust me even 2 star hotels dont do this with guests.1st day they forgot to clean up the room even after informing them.My guests werent allowed to enter the hotel after 6pm. Thats what they were told at the reception desk. (Is this a Jail that you have visiting hours)Pls dont have high hopes for the pool.Its really small and only 4ft deep. The photos just make the hotel look big but its not.Gym has hardly 2 machines

good location. food was good. first two days of the stay staff was very polite and helpful however on the third day they really were helpful. not sure if it was because of change of staff or because we were checking out that day. Overall, rooms were clean and comfort was there. Felt like a safe hotel for women to stay when travelling alone.

Nice one. Enjoyed stay. Location wise best. Stayed for two nights.

Check in & Check out was smooth, staff was helpful, Food Was good. But room cleanliness was not good at all. Bathtub was a bit broken and certain in bathroom was dirty. We even found condom packet in bath robes.

It was good stay overall

Excellent Location, city center. Just 6 km from airport. Good places to eat nearby within walking distance. Breakfast was OK.

Excellent customer service, especially Armard, Ali and Taher. They accommodated all our needs.

Royal Orchid Central Pune is a great place to stay, the staff was very friendly and courteous. All the requests were swiftly taken care of. Quite often, hotels fail to give get consistent level of service but ROC Pune manages to do that. Located very centrally at Kalyani Nagar, yet close to Airport. Used the restaurant and swimming pool as well, no complaints!

We checked in at 4:00 in the morning. The hotel had a car and driver waiting at the airport in PNQ. Very professional and friendly driver, desk staff, and restaurant manager. We had weird hours but they were very accommodating and supportive. Great experience.

pool and breakfast are nice. room is dumpy no window and old bed, furnitures... cleanness was bad - bathroom with hair, toilet water no flushed before checkin, sink dirty and some mold and other problems. safe was not working out of battery and similar run down un properly maintained facility...

Good experience but not great. Can improve on food variety check in experience and claims on the portal while booking.
