The staff are friendly and amazing! I was fortunate enough to check in early. The hotel is conveniently located - a 3-minute walk to the subway station, 20 minutes to Prater, and 30 minutes to the Ring. Overall, it was an amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay at the Marriott Courtyard! The hotel and staff were fantastic, making our visit truly enjoyable despite the unfortunate cancellation of the Taylor Swift concert. The deluxe rooms are top comfortable, spacious, and elegantly designed. The welcome cocktail was a lovely touch that made us feel right at home. We will definitely be coming back!

This is a nice, cozy hotel that has all the familiarity of a Courtyard, with a friendly and accommodating staff that's comfortable speaking multiple languages. The hotel is not in the center of the action, but that's a good thing. For one, it's less expensive than something around the historic center of Vienna, or in the heart of the business and technology districts. It's a block away from a metro station, and for a very reasonable price, you can purchase an all-day or multi-day pass and use the train to reach tourist and business destinations in a matter of minutes. The Vienna metro is very navigable and the trains were frequent and on-time. The area around the hotel felt very safe and walkable. There's a market nearby and a shopping center/mall a bit further on from the metro line. Note that shops in Vienna are mostly closed on Sunday, and only open from 900 until 1800-1900 the remainder of the week. The hotel does have a small self-service market at the front desk, that had a good selection of drinks, snacks, and amenities for sale. The hotel restaurant doesn't have a tremendous variety, but the service is excellent, and the quality of the food is very good. There are some restaurants nearby, too.

Very nice hotel but kinda out of the way. If you can maneuver the metro system it’s great, the stop is right across the street.

Friendly and helpful staff in the front desk and restaurant. Great selection of food as well in the restaurant. I enjoyed my stay during the Vienna City Marathon Weekend!

Beautiful room, friendly employees

This is the worst experience ever. Where to start? We are two elderly people checking our bucket list. Vienna was on our list. I got a reservation via Expedia.com. Once arrived there we got greeted with a grin. The room was mediocre, at best ( no bag on the trash can, only one little sope in the bathroom, a small refrigerator with tons of ice buildup, and the list goes on ( any American two-star motel will beat that) We were offered breakfast for 60 euros, but we decided to refuse after seeing the poor quality of the room. The cherry on top of our cake was 32 euros for the overnight parking.

Really relaxing hotel …. When staying in colder weather we just need some sort of roof canopy outside where we can enjoy our bottle of wine & slimline cigars ….food last night was delish …..prawn pasta for me & beefy burgers Etc …for my partner

Very relaxed atmosphere ..polite staff ….albeit pass cards never worked ….may I suggest although supportive to health hazards re no smoking areas ……in England we have covered areas outside restaurants pubs etc where smokers can relax & enjoy their meal drinks cigarettes or cigars …

Bed was uncomfortable Minimal facilities - no robes, slippers, shower caps, mini fridge and toiletries Felt cheap and 2 star at best. Lobby was nice and modern and it ends there, no usb ports in the room and ugly dirty carpet. Also pushy guests will force you to be naked in the sauna and shout and call you disgusting if you refuse and do not conform to cultural norms.

Honestly not my favorite stay. I should have stayed at other hotels that offer more for the price. The room was mediocre at best. The mattress was very thin and extremely uncomfortable. The vent made a loud noise (sounded like the fan was rubbing against something), and was not blowing cold air despite having the thermostat all the way down. Despite hot room and uncomfortable mattress, it was quiet at night with the window open. Overall I personally would not be staying here in the future just because there are much better options out there.

Interesting and unique architectural area with lots of green and well taken care of.Nothing to dislike, would stay there again for sure!
