Easy check in and out- friendly staff. My room is always clean . I left a tip in the room and got a handwritten thank you -I appreciate that . I will come back .

Basic budget hotel!

I love this hotel, have stayed here multiple times. It's in a good location to get to all parts of the city via foot or public transport. The staff is kind and accommodating, the rooms (although a bit worn of age in the old part of the hotel) are spotless. Breakfast is a full tasting menu of turkish products - plentiful, very diverse and actually quality (great cheese, olives, tomatoes that somehow taste like tomatoes in November!) The neighborhood is a bit dead/weird late at night but even as a solo woman traveller I never felt uncomfortable.

Very nice stay, definitely a good value. No major complaints though my bedside light was broken. Staff was extremely helpful and gracious. Good central location, only a 10 min walk to the harbor.

the hotel staff was amazing. truly helpful and so kind. no matter what we needed or wanted the staff was there to help us 24 hours a day the room was ok. wanted our refrigerator in our room to be colder and there were stains on some of the cushions. blind in bathroom was broken we really did love our stay because of the staff and the breakfast

Bit surprised to find the room had no windows, but that said it was quiet, and comfortable and we slept very well. Great buffet breakfast, loved the honey comb.

I opted for a twin room overlooking an interior courtyard and was very pleased with it. The hotel keeps parakeets and their enclosure was very close to our room. Their cheerful tweeting made for great white noise, masking sound from the street. They do quiet down at night, so I enjoyed their presence. We did get some natural light in the room from the courtyard - I liked that room very much. Our twin room was on the first floor, so we were easily able to use the stairs instead of the elevator except when moving in/out. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff speaks English and were patient and helpful when we were organizing our transportation to the airport. Daily housekeeping appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, nicely presented and most anything one would want. I was delighted to have both scrambled eggs and omelets offered, in addition to the ubiquitous hard boiled eggs. We also ate dinner one evening in the hotel and were satisfied with that as well. There are other dining options nearby. We really liked the hotel's location. It is within walking distance of the tourist attractions. There are several ATMs within the vicinity of the hotel. The neighborhood felt safe, although we were not out in the evening, so I can't comment on that.

Very lovely hotel. Our room was nice, quiet and with everything we needed.The bathroom modern with a fantastic shower. Breakfast is super good with great variety for all tastes and served from 7 am to 10 am. The location is very good, close to the tram and 2 blocks from the train station. Walking distance of several touristic attractions. Staff super efficient and polite.

We entered into a roomwith a round bed covered with plastic flowers, the hotel looks like it was originally a notell motel! Golden angels custody one of the entrances, kitsch all over.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was good. It was easy to park. My only issue is that the perfume they used in the room and laundry was overwhelming. I’m not usually too sensitive but it was awful! I’d much prefer just a clean room without the smells.

Good experience. First night the room we were initially given was noisy from close by highway traffic and when I spoke to reception they were very accommodating and moved us to a quiet room. Breakfast was without doubt the best breakfast we have ever experienced in Turkey. We were so spoiled for choice. All in all a hotel we would be happy to go back to.

I have found my favourite hotel in Izmir! After a long flight, upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the nice staff. When arriving in my room, I immediately noticed that I was had been upgraded to one of the best rooms in the hotel at no extra fee, which was extremely generous and kind of them. The staff was incredibly friendly and always supportive and helpful. The cleaning team, reception and kitchen team deserve a special thanks. We had a nice 5 nights there. Highly recommended!

It was the first time we visited Izmir. The breakfast was very nice and delicious. The staff was very friendly. We had a good time there.

The photos oversell this establishment. Awkward room with quite a bit that didn't work (burned out bulbs, tv remote, etc). Needs an overhaul, but not sure that would even do it. The staff were friendly and hospitable as one expects in Turkey. They were the only selling point but it isn't their fault the rooms were dated and weirdly laid out. With the bulbs out and only one window that overlooked an exterior staircase you couldn't see much in the room at all. Which may have been a blessing. LOL
