Exceptional hotel at the vey top of one of the world’s most iconic buildings. Everything about this place was exceptional and of the highest standard including the staff. If you want absolute luxury, you wont be disappointed.

During a one-night stay at this hotel while in transit from Japan, we were treated to breathtaking nighttime views, with our room overlooking the Shanghai Pearl Tower, adding an extra layer of specialness to our stay. The overall experience was enjoyable, with smooth check-in and check-out processes, and exceptional service from the breakfast staff.

I was a bit underwhelmed when I entered my room. I had booked King with river view. The interior finishes definitely need some upgrades, the bath tub had visible rust, as well as other bathroom finishings. The furniture also needs some updating.
But the selling point of the Park Hyatt is the view, that did not disappoint. Amazing view to wake up to.

My definition of luxury, this hotel strikes the perfect balance of elegance and simplicity. Rooms are tastefully decorated with all the amenities your'd come to expect from a 5 star hotel including automatic black out curtains and one touch lighting control. The views from this hotel is one of the best in town. Only downside is that it's a bit of a maze for first time visitors.

I loved living amongst the clouds. The room is fabulous, windows very clean and what a view. The bed was comfy, the bathroom delicious! The absolute best was the gorgeous pool on floor 85. Wow! The best views in Shanghai!

Check in was quick and easy but I have a few opinions about the actual rooms. Things seem to be dated and it seemed that Park Hyatt wanted to achieve a minimalist design but details had shown me that people have not been taking care of the amenities. Design language is all over the place and elements didn’t fit in with each other. Also the staff did not seem to be as attentive as other hotels’ staff members.
Overall, I would say the view is fantastic, amenities are as you expect but I think the staff need to be more caring.

The hotel is located on the 79th to the 93rd floors of the world financial center and is currently the second highest hotel in the world. We stayed in a 1 King Bed (Bund View) room and the views were memerising. Our room wasn't ready when we tried to check so the concierge gave us a complimentary breakfast for the duration of our stay which was really nice of them for no fault of theirs. The staff were welcoming and we were always greeted with a smile and a hello. The room was very high tech and really interesting, particularly the toilet. Would recommend to anyone.

Good hotel for business, though it was full of children on this visit. Staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Room overall very large and comfortable, but some fixtures were a bit dated.

Front desk receptionist is not well trained. Wrong charging my credit card, the speed post was delayed more than a day to sent, pool under maintenance but didn't announce etc

The front desk is not professional, they delayed my speed post for one whole day, also missing send me the receipt, overcharged the deposit, no announcement for the pool maintenance, the waiter in the bar is worst, keep lieing the closing time

Good view, spacious room and comfortable bed. Like the spacious bathroom and Japanese toilet seat. Air con is adjustable which is a benefit.

This is the highest hotel in the world... you check in on the 87th floor . Service is fantastic at every level. Rooms are spacious with every amenity. The pool on the 85th floor should be a very relaxing part of your stay. Fun fact: the building - Shanghai World Financial Center - nickname is the Bottle Opener due to its shape.
