Everything was very good here, except the room air condition was set to 22 c. They told us that air-conditioning was controlled in one place and could not adjust room temperature. It was too cold and wasting the energy

Overall really pleasant experience! Staff was attentive and checkin was seamless. Rooms were clean and spacious and the area nearby had plenty of food options, it was also generally convenient to get around! Would highly recommend

Stayed two nights, great location.
Found out they have a good amount of Japanese tourists who are polite, disciplined and considerate that made my stay be pleasant. The only thing that not so perfect is they charged my late check out which I cannot argue about.

We loved our stay at San Want residences. Location- 8 min to metro, looks out on to a park, close to restaurants and pedestrian area near Zhongshan metro, easy walk to Taipei main station or NT $120-150 taxi to airport express.
Facilities- great breakfast large rooms , bidet and the best shower ever
Staff- amazing helpful friendly they are the best !!!

We liked the hotel and room we only noticed the room smelled moldy so we thought for such a nice place it was disappointing

Better than picture! Great location, in the centre of Jungshan, friendly staffs, clean room with comfortable settings. I loved the bedding especially. Breakfast can have more vegetarian options, water bottles can be replaced with water purifier i think. I enjoyed every minute of my stay here :)

Excellent hotel with exceptional and courteous staff willing to assist with any and all travelers needs. Convenient to most places downtown. Clean and most of all very very quiet - a must for weary or jet lagged travelers. Great a.m. buffet style with DimSum, fresh fruit, breads, cheeses and cooked meats, eggs and sumptuous Chinese fare. Restaurants in the area are excellent and w/in striking distance of the hotel. Stay at San Want for an easy and all inclusive stay. Only detraction was the aging exercise equipment, but all else made up for it in droves.

The property is located on the MRT line, and the walk to the nearest station is about 10 min, which is incredibly convenient. The staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. The dining offered is delicious but a bit pricey, so I would say exploring the nearby area for cheaper, local options is a better bet. The hotel seems to be on the older side but has been upgraded with all of the modern amenities we've grown to be accustomed to. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend it.

There is only one disappointing point. Unfortunately, the bathrobe was in tatters. Other than that, the staff was very responsive, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Nice, clean facility with good access to local bus stops. Since hotel was on a major road with plenty of foot traffic, we felt very comfortable walking around at night. The best feature in our room was the waterfall shower, which was a big improvement over handheld showers in other Asian hotels.
