I stayed for one night and my room was basic but clean the staff were very helpfull. the building could do with a redecoration but overall it was a good value for money.

The Hotel Cerise was OK but suffers from a lack of maintenance, our room on the first floor had a defective bed side light, the switch was broken, it was also full of fluff. The shower control was initially difficult to use without water issuing from the tap and shower head simultaneously. We did not have breakfast, but the room had a kettle and tea bags. The surroundings did not inspire confidence but it was quiet and safe. With regards to an evening meal we were directed to restaurant called Au Bureau where we received a 20% discount upon production of the room key.

Noise from other rooms as well as from the halls and other places in the hotel. Bathroom very small.

This is a basic hotel with basic accomodation but it does this without issue. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. After 5 hours of driving we were glad to check in and go to sleep. Hotel is also very close to the highway as an extra plus. Staff at reception was helpful so we are were satisfied with our stay.

Too small bathing room. No restaurant. In the morning only little breakfast . Dangereuses screw in the Floor near the door. WiFi was that dat out of order

We arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon, having booked a double room, non-smoking. The hotel staff assigned us a room that leaked stench of smoke from every pore. The sink, in a plastic bathroom pod dating from the 1970s at latest, was stained with cigarette burns.Upon our request to change room, the staff advised us that all the hotel was non-smoking, that they could do nothing about customers not respecting the smoke ban, and, grudgingly, changed our room.The door lock of the new room took several attempts and an intervention from the staff to work.The new room was, at least, clean. However: plastic bathroom pod, 1970s at latest, with ashtray and stained with cigarette burns. Carpet detaching from the floor, badly stained, dotted with cigarette burns.And, finally, having carefully avoided the "buffet breakfast" after a quick inspection, we resorted to the automatic vending machines in the hallway. The "coffee" was undrinkable, and I did non manage to swallow more than a few sips before throwing it away.

Ugh.On the plus side, and these were considerable: the way to the hotel was aggressively marked at every nearby intersection, so we arrived despite our own efforts to get lost! Access to the town center was as easy as you could want it to be. And the staff were thoroughly pleasant and happy to be of service in all other business, despite not being able to fix the towel problem.

Dirty carpets, rooms very worn out,no pillow cases,just one sheet, no case for blanket, blanket with spots, just 2 small towels for 2 people. Not good sounds isolation from other rooms.

I stayed at Cerise Nancy for a short night. It was good for the price. The room was small and the bathroom like RV style. Breakfast was cold, in any sense... the room was freezing. Worst hot chocolate ever! There were questionable people outside the hotel. Totally freaked out about finding my car in the parking lot the next morning!

Clean and basic room, all you really need. Basic but good breakfast. Helpful staff. Out of town but easy/quick to get into heart of city.

A no frills hotel, located about 1/2 hour by bus from the city center. If you are on a budget, it is acceptable. I went during the weekend of Le Tour de France and it was the only hotel available. It is okay for the price and for a very short stay.

Awful hotel, more like really bad student accommodation, miles away from the city, right next to the Nancy ghetto.

Clean, comfy and good value. Difficult to find though.
