Great place, great location, great staff

Second time staying at this property both the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom suites are excellent. Close to all things in Florence. Clean and safe, easy access. Excellent AC both stays were in July. Would be back, highly recommend. Friendly front desk staff.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We arrived earlier to drop off our bags and to our suprise we were upgraded and the room was ready for us to check in. The room was spatious and very clean with a beautiful view of the piazza. Only downside of the view was it was loud at night since we were staying over the weekend. I had quite a hard time to sleep. Also, while everything was super clean, the showers were looking dirty with a bit of mold, but it was not a problem at all for us. Not too bad honestly.

The property was close to all. The room was clean and just what we needed to rest. I do wish there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash offers to guests as it is so difficult to travel with these items in the times we live in with security measures at airport.

The location is perfect! It is beside the Uffizi & the located close to many spots to visit. If you want to stay in the heart of Florence, this is where you should stay! Only one downside: It is unfortunately not air conditioned until the mayor allows, so we had some warm nights with windows open & the noises of crowds & traffic.

Great apartment at the heart of the city. It's very clean and spacious. It has the separate bedroom, dining area and kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay here for 7 nights. Highly recommend!

Location is central, staff courteous, rooms clean, linen perfect, will hold your luggage after checking out. Great experience.

Wonderful room, actually more of a small apartment. Right on the square so you can see all the activity. Next to the Uffizi museum. We recommend this place highly.

Outstanding location, beautiful view, and very large room. The only downside is that the main office closes at 5:00 so it is not possible to storage luggage beyond that time. Have to do so below in a cafeteria for a fee.

We loved how huge the property is. The bed was comfortable. They had a towel warmer in their bathroom which is nice. The location couldn’t be beaten. They also have an elevator in the hotel which is convenient. The only thing we had a little trouble with was finding this place because the sign of the hotel was so small. I wish the hotel would actually send an email with details on how to find the hotel. It would save the hassle. Also, their front door is locked during office hours, and we couldn’t figure out at first how to open or ring the bell. We stayed outside for maybe 10 minutes before I finally figured out that there was something written to ring the bell, 64 and a key sign, but someone exited the hotel so we just went in after them. I told this matter to the front desk but the guy was a little sarcastic like it was written outside, and we should have figured it out. Another couple came after us and they had the same complaint as well about finding it hard to ring the doorbell as the instructions were not really clear. Otherwise, apart from that the location was top-notch, and close to the main attraction sites.

In the middle of Florence you can step out the front door and have so many things to see close by. Every major site isn’t more than 15 minutes away walking. Food choices nearby have so many choices and price ranges. The room was huge and freshly appointed. Bathroom small but clean and the shower is large. Lot of information at front desk rapid check in. Keypad for entry and solid steel entrance door to room. Felt very safe here and in general. Florence is a beautiful destination and I would highly recommend this place

Great location and nice comfortable large rooms

The view from the penthouse was amazing. A great place to sit, relax and watch the crowds below. Just be aware that the elevator stops 1 floor below so you need to carry your luggage up 1 flight.

Wonderful stay, perfect location and great staff. Highly recommend and if we’re ever back in Florence, would absolutely stay here again.

Unbelievable location to most of the major tourist attractions. Apartment/room was clean with perfect facilities. The staff are more than helpful offering advice on local places to eat and drink.

Amazing Location! Extremely clean and furnished very nicely.

Everything was great! The wonderful ladies at the front desk were extremely accommodating! We have an almost-two-year-old and they let us check in early. They were also friendly, informative, and very easy to work with. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and quiet. Be warned that the elevator is very small and if you have lots of bags, like we did, you will make multiple trips. This hotel is literally right cross the plaza from the Uffizi. It was about a 1k walk to the Academie Galleria. There was plenty of great food choices and shopping all around. I highly, highly recommend.

Excellent location, good staff and a great sized room

Great friendly welcome by helpful enthusiastic staff. Good recommendations for cafes etc. Fantastic central location close to everything with lovely view over piazza. The rooms are spacious. Lots of stairs get to rooms but there is a small lift. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely good location but limited service e.g. no service after 5pm

Best location in Florence. This apartment was perfect for my family of 4. It looks recently renovated. It was clean. I wish I would have stayed more days. I would definitely repeat.
