Amazing little Guest house situated right on the seafront

One of the best breakfasts iv ever had, high quality and plentiful
Room was spotless although very small but i believe we had the cheapest room so therefore was our choice
Lovely facilities with a few lovely little extras, biscuits, hot chocolate and bags of sweets !!!!!

The bed and breakfast was quaint. Owner allowed us to check in 90 min before 15:30. Owner helped taking up the suitcase 2 flights of stairs. Hotel well located near boardwalk. The bed was a little hard, room small but well equipped with fridge, coffee & tea, map of city, welcome candies. Bathroom and shower small with slanted roof at toilet not practical for tall people, ok for 5f7.
We left early so did not take the included breakfast.

Dave was the host and was wonderful, very accommodating and helpful! The place and town were beautiful! Breakfast was very yummy!!

Excellent hotel well situated well run by an extremely pleasant gentleman . And very helpful when my friend managed to lock herself in the shower! Tasty breakfast too .

Very clean and we were well looked after. The only downside is that it’s on a main road and the traffic stopped us from sleeping. We’re not used to heavy traffic noise.

Warm and frienly hosts ..with plenty of local knowledge . very clean with added thoughtfull additions ie alarm clock in bedroom hairdryer lovely shower and fridge ..well stocked tea and coffee ...comfortable bed .room small but enough room to get changed in and sleep added extra of sitting room for use during your stay ..fantastic choice for breakfast again added extras

The owner was so friendly and accommodating and allowed us to check in a few hours earlier which was much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our one night stay.

This is a little gem in a good location to explore Eastbourne. I hope to visit again soon, the rooms are clean and provide all facilities one may need, bed was very comfortable and attention to detail could be noticed everywhere, in rooms, in the lounge, in the dining room, in the general arrangements. Breakfast was tasty and very good quality.

Ebor Lodge is a gorgeous little gem of Eastbourne. With its excellent breakfast options, plentiful amenities, top notch cleanliness and staff that are prepared to go above and beyond for their guests, this is a wonderful place to stay!

Absolutely perfect stay for the night I was down there. Perfectly polite service, extremely comfortable room, lovely breakfast. An overall fantastic service and I would definitely stay again!

It was one of the hottest nights of the year, but thats a rare event in the UK!!Tea coffee facilities in the room and some sweets and biscuits.Breakfast was superb, and all the necessary precautions for covid19 were in place. David was helpful with advice and very welcoming.All in all a very nice one night stay.

I have stayed at Ebor Lodge before and on each visit my stay has been perfect. The hosts are wonderful and ensure your needs are met over and above any expectations. Excellent accommodation.

Friendly, comfortable and conveniently located on the seafront just outside the town centre. Our room overlooked the old Redoubt Fortress and sea beyond. Breakfast was excellent.
We'd book again.
