One of the better sized rooms in Akasaka. Smoking rooms available too, which helps with the non-smoking streets. Coffee/tea available in the lobby all day, which is a nice touch. Booked a premier room.

Great location. Amenities, food options and metro all within reach. Clean and simple breakfast provided. Coffee tea and water free flow. Awesome stay and will return for sure!

Nice active area, the downside is that it's a little loud in the morning and at night. Quieted down around 12 so not too bad, but something to be mindful of. The shower is nice and had an overhead nozzle, but I couldnt see a way to turn that on so just used the regular shower head

Was a great place to stay in the Akasaka area. Close to restaurants, shopping and metro. Nice walk to the Imperial Palace and Gardens. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good. Added bonus was the cooler filled with water in the lobby that you could use at any time.

Small but clean and quiet room, all the amenities I needed and more. Even got a welcome pouch with cleanser, toner, hair mask, face mask! Loved it!

A great location with plenty of convenient stores and restaurants near by. 2 minute walk from metro with access to lines that take you to all the top spots you will be seeing on your trip. My room was a single, double bed and was very small. If you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to repack it everyday so you have room to walk. Staff was friendly, free water stocked at all times in lobby, small breakfast with bread and cereal in lobby. Down side is it is dirty. Room was dirty and beat up. Mold on the window sill and curtains. Bathroom needs a deep clean. Hallway smelled and was musty every day.

If you are big guy, this hotel definitely is not suitable for you, if you use a lot of the electronic devices and need to recharge the same time, they only have one outlet even though they have an extension cord for two extra outlet, but you will take the risk of overloading them. Most of the staff are nice.

It was my first time and his second time in Tokyo and the location was perfect, located just a 2 minute walk to the train station with lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. We would definitely stay here again!

i was able to get a larger room which was fitted very well with a leg massager, and best was the size and Japanese style bath!!! Hard to beat the location within 3 minutes walk to Akasaka Mitsuke Station and 8 minutes walk to Akasaka Station.

The room is A little bit too small for two persons. The TV is useless with local very long channels. Would suggest to remove the TV and the cupboard at the corner and those stuffs placed next to the bed.

The hotel is located 1 minute walk from Akasaka Mitsuke which is very convenient. Staff are friendly and speak some English. I like how they provide unlimited bottles of water in the lobby and they also provide bags of amenities. Their breakfast selection is limited but is not too bad. Their corner room got lots of windows, and got a foot massage chair. The only draw back is the room condition is so so and there’s some smell from their drainages or pipes from the bathroom. Beds are comfortable and not noisy in the hallway. Not a kids hotel.

Comfortable room with very convenient location close to Akasaka-Mitsuke station.
I wanted a hotel that provided breakfast. Many business hotels do this in Japan. Typically this will include rice, bread, fish, meat, salad, fruit, yoghurt etc. However, the only thing on offer here was some bread rolls with tea or coffee. Not what I wanted and very disappointing.

The hotel was frankly speaking extremely worn down, and the room did not feel clean but damp and dark.

Don't really have service here. Everything need to go to front desk. Room smelt like a smoking room even though it's non smoking.
