Very close to Grand Mosque An Nabawi. Very spacious room and friendly staff. A bit old facilities and smelly bathroom but overall is good

Location is great just 1 mint walk from masjid ,I had a view of masjid from my window , stuff is great and helpful , no iron in the room and no cream for coffee

Took more than hour for check in as room was not ready. However this may be due to overcrowded/Eid. Location is superb but hotel overall condition is not good and need renovation specially all furniture and fixtures

The property had a good view of Haram and it was also at a walking distance from Masjid Nabwi

I had past experience of couple times staying here was excellent in terms of cleaning, customer service, buffet breakfast. Now the new management has turned this hotel into worse living condition. Their good business continues only due to the prime location.

Worse hotel I have ever seen. Never cleaned their AC. I got sick from their worse service Bathrooms are dirty as hell. Room service are like a surprise after making 10 calls they show up. Hotels .com must investigate before accepting pictures from properpty

Before arriving at the hotel i received an email from hotels.com asking me how was my checkin!!!! And When i arrived at the hotel the front staff told me that i don't have a reservation and they dont see any reservation under my name… i showed them the confirmation number but they said it doesn't have my name!!!! The front deak sent me to the manager who keep reviewing my email confirmation and checking there system … and then the manager said i found you in the system and you are already checked in and in your room!!! I said i just arrived and the manager said that Looks like they have given my room to somebody else thinking its me !!!!!!! That explained why i received email that how was my checkin !!!!!!! They gave me another room with 2 hour late checkout but no it was scary that they didn't check and gave my room under my name to Some else

In website description they showed four beds in triple room but they only gave us 3 beds room. Upon asking then for extra bed they totally refused and ignored it.

Extremely dirty, unhygienic, mold and tick infested bathrooms. Absolutely disgusting. Will never stay here again. Not maintained at all. Everything in the room is in totally repulsive, broken, dirty and pittiful condition.

Very close to Haram. Safe and in room menu till 11 pm. My room was in very bad condition, especially the bathroom was horrible - water was dripping from roof. However, I did spoke to others, they like the property coz they allow large families to stay in the room and very close to Haram.

Service staff was good. And good location and short distance to haram. BUT - Room was in disrepair, very dated, felt as if staying in a cheap roach motel, no lamps, furniture damaged and broken, bathroom with mold, Handle broken, extremely dirty carpet. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

This hotel should be shut down by the authorities! It was that BAD! From check-in to check-out we had a horrible experience! At check-in front desk staff was not available for 10 minutes. When he came, he was not able to speak or understand any English. The building and corridors were in a very bad condition. Our room was the most disgusting of all!!! At least 20 years old, uneven, dirty, worn-out carpet. Broken chairs. Very uncomfortable and extra small beds. Barely clean but worn-out sheets and pillows. Bathroom was also in very poor condition. We asked for extra blanket and the staff refused! The fire alarm was going off every hour, all night, every night! On the last day of my stay power was shut down and there was no one to explain why? I was really concerned about our safety due to the poor condition of this building. Exterior of the building was not very pleasant. The ramp for wheelchair was dangerously crooked and twisted!!

This is an old hotel. All furniture are broken, refrigerator not working, ac also not working. Nothing really good in this hotel except the closeness to the masjid.
