They were very friendly and even though we didnt speak a lot of spanish they were extremely accommodating. Rooms were cleaned every day with a lot of care. Included in our stay was breakfast which was amazing every time. Highly recommend.

The hotel was great. The service and attention was wonderful. Breakfast is included (and delicious) but don't expect to get full. The bed was a bit hard but okay. There are a dozen pupusas restaurants (and even a very active park) a couple of blocks away. This is the best kept secret of this hotel.

My stay was very warmed and welcoming, the receptionist showed the room before entering in case any inconvenience which personally I think is very ethic and good service. overall I loved my stay.

Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly!! Room was a bit small. The beds were very hard. Need updating. We also had ants in our bathroom. We told the front desk and nothing was done about it.

I arrived to the property and realized that I didn't want to stay there especially the room and the noisy from the main street. I asked the manager on duty that I wanted to cancel my second night but because it was done through expedia, he wasn't able to help me and I ended up leaving anyways and paying for the room.

The Hotel was very close to my wife's family home. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view of the The Volcano of El Salvador. The Staff were very attentive and very knowledgeable. The Food and service was excellent.

Everyone at the hotel is friend and helpful. Sadly I had to return for a funery and they were very sad for me and gave me hugs. Javier and Noé helped me arrange taxi rides when needed and helped me with my Spanish. I would definitely stay here again!!

The hotel is cozy, clean, the staff is really kind, nice people. Its on a nice location with security. The only downside is that the wifi is really week, sometimes it wouldnt connect at all. Other than that is a nice hotel, I would recommend it and visit again.

The staff was super friendly, hands down amazing service a little downside was the WiFi service kept cutting out at times making hard to order Uber or keep msgs with local friends

The the room is roomy enough for 3 of us, the servers are very pleasant. unfortunately, we do not understand Spanish, otherwise, we can communicate better. All in all, we enjoy the stay.
