The bathroom was not as clean as i expected from a hotel that charges this much per night.the bathroom felt dingy ,moist,one of the towels have stains of some sort.the breakfast buffet have flies circling the buffet table,there were some flies and insects by the tables closed to the glass door by the pool.the staff doesn’t seem concern about this.and it’s disappointing.the staff needs to be checking these key places of the property.I don’t think i will recommend this to others nor plan on staying here in our next visit.

Everything was on point from excellent staff, customer service, breakfast and the room. The only thing I was disappointed was the fog that hid the lake view. It would have been perfect!

Staff rude, water faucet leaking, sink clogged, Worn out towels

I like the view but the tiles of our room was not good. Lots of cracked tiles, and when we open the sliding door to balcony smells bad and the comfort room's faucet was leaking.

Rather disappointed. Plus, great view of the lake and outside pool. Friendly reception staff. Negative, hotel rather dated, ideally need a full refurbishment. Bedroom not fully cleaned, lots of dirt under the beds, dusty cloth shelves. Dirty stains in the toilet and wash basin. Breakfast below average, not maintained during service and food too spread out. Staff not too trusting, on arrival needed to check room before entering and check again before leaving. Couldn't take a very average pool towel to room after getting out of pool. Sorry, wouldn't stop again.

I would say everything is fine except for the fact that you have to verify the room you are getting. I was disappointed that the view from my room is a wall.

Warning to future guests: We were charged for 2 towels because of a couple small spots that could easily be washed out.

Great ambience and location

Beautiful view of the lake. No housekeeping came to clean the room for 3 days. Front desk told us that we have to request for it if it is needed.

Staff are friendly and accommodating . Easy check in and check out. Room is nice and clean. Complementary toiletries, cofeee and slippers are available at room. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing day at tagaytay. Really enjoyed our honeymoon. Will surely come back soon!

Booked 2 rooms, Rm#303 Deluxe and Rm#324 Deluxe Lakeview. #324 has slow and unstable wifi. Also, I had to turn on faucet for around 10 min to feel some warm water (around 30-40C). AM and PM Managers knew about this and was unable to fix the issue. Was unable to use the bathtub due to the cold water. 2 Maintenance personnel went to room to check. PM Manager even agreed to make some refund but cashier was not informed upon checkout. #324 has great view and more expensive. #303 wifi and warm water works well. Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ .. very good…right in the middle of all attractions/restaurants/ coffee shops Room View ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Breakfast ⭐⭐⭐⭐…simple but good Price ⭐⭐⭐..if only wifi and hot water worked

The outdoor pool is nice but the water is freezing cold maybe it would be better if they put a heater on it

The staff are very accomodating and friendly, I think thats the best asset of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was delicious Though one thing that we are not happy is the slow internet connection.. But all in all our stay was almost perfect! Thank you

We loved the view, clean rooms and friendly staff. The only thing that we did like is the Wifi or interent. Had a real hard time connecting

Great hotel with a great view of the lake. I know part of the hotel is under renovation, but it was not annoying or anything. Can't wait to come back when they are finished.

Staff were nice and helpful. Room was great and comfortable. However, work needs to be done with the drainage in the toilet as it smells. But after requesting for it to be serviced/cleaned, it's better. Had to put my car freshener inside the toilet though to mask out the smell.

The hotel is under renovation and would be glad to return. Service is excellent especially the breakfast. Super sarap breakfast. The staffs were all friendly and with honorable mention to the security guard who always help us get out of the main road cause of heavy traffic.

Where ever we ask the front of anything they would say because of pandemic. For example the hotel do not have a public transportation and or a tour activity. One day before our check out they have already disconnected our room wifi.

Wheelchair was old and rusted and no left foot rest. Attendant does not know how to use the breaks. and did not regard my moms feet on the corners of the ramp. Why the wheelchair access or ramp have a corner that could hurt my mom’s feet. The ramp is too steep for wheelchairs. Elevator barely fits just one wheelchair. i left an item and they don’t follow up promptly. When I follow up I have to describe a new staff all over again wherein they can have a log book and so they can all respond uniformly. i called up maintenance, tv can’t function with remote layer to find out have two remotes for tv, the bellman did not explain even after I gave a good tip, so have to tip maintenance guy again. Same maintenance guy also tried to fix sink not draining, he said working fine now ma’am, but as soon as I brushed my teeth, water started coming back up with black dirt all over the sink. So unsanitary. Did not bother to call again we are too tired for all the stress. Great view for taal perfect for picture taking.
