Words cannot express how delighted we were with every aspect of our stay at the Hotel De Paris - Sanremo. From our experience with the Bellman to the checkin with an unexpected upgrade, to the extreme comfort of the beds, the amazing dinner suggestion from the lovely checkin staff, to the diverse and tasty breakfast options - just completely top notch! Would highly recommend to anyone. We are already thinking of a opportunity to return!

Impeccable

We were on a two week tour of the Italian and French Riviera‘s and this hotel was the number one hotel we stayed in. From the service, to the rooms, to the location, to the breakfast, everything was top-notch! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone!

This is a beautiful property with friendly and very helpful staff. The breakfast room is lovely and there was lots of choice! It’s very well located near the casino, beach, bike path and shopping area!

Beautiful hotel. Asked for two beds got one. I was under the impression that breakfast was included and they said because we booked with expedia that it wasn't. So I was charged 25 euros for a boiled egg and 2 pieces of bacon. Ridiculous!!

The hotel is wonderful. The staff are very helpful. The hotel has a great location, it is on the sea front and is only a very short walk from the city centre. I would definitely recommend.

This is the fist time ever I book a hotel via hotels.com that is so disappointing. The staff at reception was rude and not helpful at all. No parking and no valet parking either, although they have a bell that says : ring here for a bagagist and valet parking. There answer was very strange, we are a 4 star hotel and there are no 4 star hotels in the world with valet parking. When I checked in the girl at the reception said I could take my dog (a shitzu ) to breakfast and the price par night for a dog was 50€/night. She waved her hand to the right and said there yay will find parking, it was in the direction of a chistmas fair. I had to figure out how to get there. Next morning, I went to breakfast with my dog and was told ( very rude) again: no dogs at breakfast ( which is totally against the law in Italy). I went back to the reception , the girl was not there but a guy said ( he was briefed in Italian by the breakfast staff) no dogs and the price is 35€ per night for the dog.I said I was told 50€ not 35€. In the afternoon, I saw the girl at the reception again and she denied having said that we could take the dog to breakfast but we had to pay 15€ per night. So we went from 50€ per night to 15€per night in less then 24 hours and never having asked ???? The bathroom dates from the 1960 and needs to be renovated asap! The shower floor is very slippery , reason why I only took a shower once. We got one set of bathroom amenities for 2 persons for 3 nights. I could go on!!!!

Incredibly friendly, helpful staff, warm welcome to this wonderfully stylish hotel. Definitely one of my all time favourites ever.

Excellent choice and good value considering the size and condition of the room. Our room (junior suite) had 3 large french windows onto small balconies, all with sea views. Money has obviously been spent throughout the hotel and the service was good. Rated at 4 stars but probably due to lack of dining facilities. as 5 star in every other regard. The restaurant didn’t open in the evrning but not a problem as only a short walk into the centre of town. The only thing to be aware of is the road noise - the room had shutters, electric blinds and double glazing but it does mean closing everything at night and relying on the air con (which wasn’t great). No on-site parking but on-street outside at €4 per half day, or a pay car park across the road by what used to be the train station.

Fantastic location, wonderful room. We were made very welcome by the reception staff and the lovely doorman.Breakfast was lovely especially the pastries.I would recommend this hotel especially if you want easy walking around Sanremo.

Very nice and comfortable Hotel , exceptionally clean , breakfast was included in the price and their cafeteria beautifully LouisXV style.

The hotel is immaculate. Stayed two days in August in a junior suite, and even the bathroom fixtures shined. The hotel is across the street from the beach area where you can rent chairs and umbrellas for the day. It is a short walk from the main tourist area where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Lovely central hotel, decor a little dated but very clean and comfortable. High charge for use of their beach towels so better to bring your own!
