This Comfort Suites was a pleasant surprise. I stay at many quick overnight hotels. This hotel was exceptional in several ways: super clean, modern lobby, and check-in process. A well-designed room with lots of outlets, and everything in complete working order. For the overnight business traveler or a family of 4, this is a great, clean, well designed place to get some good rest.

The property was in good condition and the air-condition was excellent for this oppressive heat and humidity.

Cool has been contaminated with stool and we have to wait 24h to jave the pool cleaned.

We loved the amenities. Great pool for the family and breakfast.

The beds were comfy and the pool was GREAT! I loved the options for breakfast. We went to look at ULL and were so happy with the overall experience.

Nothing great to write home about. Breakfast is the usual expected at a big box hotel such as this. Bathroom could have been cleaner, with stains of dubious nature in the ceiling and a terrarium in the light fitting, see pics. Sink in bathroom 318 drained slowly, only reason I can assume the plumber who fitted it was unqualified, the waste flows uphill!! Have said this before and will say it again about hotels, mobile devices of staff should be placed in a lock box in the managers office. At no point should front desk staff be lounging on the sofa in the lobby.

The only thing that was a surprise was the $75 fee up front. I didn’t budget into our spending. I’m home now and still waiting for it to be refunded. Being a single mom that’s a lot. Overall it was a nice stay

Stayed for 2 nights. The room was big and clean. The staff was very helpful with all my questions and what to do and see in Lafayette. Very friendly staff.

I booked this room based on reviews. They were overall good. Check in was quick, lobby was clean. Once in the room, I noticed stains all over both beds. I had to leave quickly so did not notice other issues. We requested new bedding. When I returned, the bedding they gave was only sheets so we requested a blanket again. We took them out and they were also stained. Yellow stains, dark brown, and blue, but not like ink. Looked fresh. Party started by the pool. Adults drinking and blaring music. Then, I see water dripping from the ceiling of the bathroom. Not from a vent. A puddle was on the floor. We asked to be moved. She said she cant move us, they are full. No manager on duty. She called her manager but no answer. They would be in at 8:30am. I asked about the leaking ceiling. She said its probably from the bathroom above us. As if that is normal and acceptable. I asked can we leave and get a refund. We were told no. I asked for a mop at least. She gave us a pile of towels for the dripping bathroom water from the floor above. That was the solution. I just went to bed because we had an event early as well. No shower because it was still dripping. Next morning, went to the front, grabbed an egg, which was still frozen, and looked for anyone at the front. Never saw anyone. We left at 9:30am. We contacted Expedia and they were so helpful but, at the time of typing, did not come to a resolution either. Hopefully something will be done. Do not stay here if you want hospitality.

The front desk staff was very helpful when there was an issue with Expedia. She was very informative about the area. The amenities were fine and the bed was comfortable.

Friendly staff, breakfast was good, especially the bacon and the round egg patties. Late nights working so early morning wake up calls and reminder calls 15 minutes later were very helpful to ensure morning wake ups prevented missing breakfast and getting back to work on time each day. Outstanding 3 week stay.

Overall great experience

The location was convenient and the parking was good. The lobby and rooms were very nice and were obviously updated recently. However, the cleanliness of the room left quite a bit to be desired. The bathroom still had an old towel in it from a previous guest and the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in any way in quite some time. Additionally, there were some stains on the bedding which seemed to be washed and just needed to be replaced as stains were still visible. I imagine being short staffed is partially to blame, as they would only service the rooms and provide towels upon request.

The hotel felt like it had a few years on it, but it was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy and every employee we had contact with was very friendly and helpful. The clerk working at night was especially helpful when I needed to use the laundry facilities to wash my boys’ baseball uniforms. When I asked for change for the machine she informed me that the washer had just experienced some kind of issue and was no longer working. I made a comment about not liking to go to laundromats late at night, and my kids needed to be in bed…before I could even ask for directions to the nearest laundromat she offered to wash them for me. I left them with her and picked them up an hour later fresh and clean!! Way to go above and beyond!

We checked in really late, so the only issue was it was hard to get parking. Levi was working the desk when we arrived and was incredibly friendly and told us he hoped we got some rest and let us know if we needed anything. When we were checking out housekeeping down the hall said for us to be safe while traveling. Staff was friendly and treated us like famuly. The room was really large, comfortable and clean. 10/10 will stay again.

The room itself is quite comfortable. My chief complaint is how much noise you're able to hear from inside the room. There's no sound buffer. We could hear the cleaning staff chatter in the hall; we heard a woman on her cellphone in the hallway at 5 AM; we heard children running down the hallway and men talking... The staff are nice; the room is comfy and clean, but it is NOT a quiet hotel.

We had a great experience here. A safe place to stay and park. It was a last-minute booking but everything went well. The only thing I would say I disliked was the AC right next to the bed. It's a little noisier when you sleep right next to the AC. I think it would be better if the bed is away from the AC and put the sofa next to the AC instead.

The staff here is top notch. We will always try to stay here whewe visit. I have family close and come often. Highly recommend 👌

We left somethings in our hotel room (on purpose as we just needed to leave), and they gave us a call shortly after to let us know. It was super sweet! A1 customer service <3

The property rooms were clean and the breakfast was ok. I wish breakfast had more options. Overall no complaints.
