Great rooms, hotel and breakfast had lot of variety.

Stay was fantastic…Location was wonderful -near to markets, shops and shopping centres. Metro station was nearby…Good service and quick check_in and check_out process. Lovely gym. Would love to come back again.

Great experience

The pillows were dead in my room, there was a Sikh guy at front desk, I asked to connect to Wifi because I was not able to figure out, he stared at me with a serious look as if I am complaining about their wifi. Other staff is great but some of the front desk staff and senior staff are extremely cocky.

Ok to stay, definitely not quite a five-star hotel. Super out of the way from the city. Several of the wall outlets in my room (rm 1108??) did not work. I ended up only being able to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet. I ran out of cash on my last day, the tip culture is quite aggressive, I sadly wasn’t able to tip the door man on my way out to the Uber to airport and I felt he was giving me the worst dirty look. Breakfast was great, would recommend.

Very good hotel, staff very attentive. Buffet breakfast had a good choice of various foods and drinks. The only downside is the location - it is in the north west of Delhi and most of the monuments are in south east. If travelling by car, you need to allow plenty of time due to the Delhi traffic.

When property is fully booked due to multiple weddings, service lakes, didn’t get the room we asked and requested. But overall is fine

Great service, Something different the staff so helpful and caring about us, I would truly recommended if you stay in New Delhi, Bodhraj the manager really good person he always arranged everything in our stay in the hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was so hospitable. The location is convenient to my family’s home and the metro stations were a quick Uber or auto rickshaw drive away. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in staff was really very rude and disappointing

Property inside is excellent, however the surroundings need to be cleaned up TV selection of channels very poor. Though it has SMART TVs, the remote did not allow access to view YouTUBE Hotel using TOO much plastic bottles, a real environmental issue The bathroom lights need to be improved th prevent shadows when shaving

Staying at this property for many years in the past. Would be better if there’s some changes to breakfast menu which is good but people get bored if they stay for more days and have to eat same kind of food everyday

Nice hotel about half an hour from the airport. We stayed overnight before flying back home. Check-in was seem less and the room was excellent. There are many western eateries nearby including McDonald's, KFC, Burger King and Pizza Hut.

The room was literally not sound proof and i could hear the music from the street.

I was disappointed that the cost of thebtaxi transfer was 3 times the amount of the prepaid from the airport to hotel. Its not nice to skin the patron.

No attention to detail. Dirty Towers, No cutlery in the room, fridge was not working, Spa and Sauna was under maintenance. Overall poor experience.

All is well with the hotel

Lost electrical power to our room on entry. This was repaired but failed again the next morning. Lost time in repacking to another room. Bar charges are high end prices, so be careful before ordering. Cheaper to by a full bottle of a good whisky from shops than buy from the bar.

Hopeless- can’t do currency exchange, book train tickets, pool closed clearly for ever and don’t come to fix tv when asked. Food however and restaurant excellent.
