Really nice hotel, clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were all very nice and very helpful, the restaurant was ok but overpriced though as expected for an airport hotel.

Overnight stay before flight. It was fine, convenient for Terminal 5. Both the hotel room and the food are expensive.

Found a previous Guest's carryout meals inside the fridge, other than that it was fine.

Front desk could have been more helpful.we had wanted to use the spa facilities during our stay but no mention of this when checking in,a couple of hours after checking in we went down to use the spa facilities only to be told it was closed not impressed as this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.The guests above were really noisy sounded like they were playing the drums this went on till around 2am until we phoned reception to ask for it to be sorted, not good when you have an early long haul flight.. will think twice about staying here again as no apology from staff or manager.

We enjoyed our stay would have been nice to enjoy the facilities more as our time was limited but we enjoyed our stay would recommend staying there.

I was leaving the hotel before breakfast and the receptionist said they’d make me up a takeaway breakfast. When I went to checkout they had no knowledge of what was agreed and said it’s basically tough. A rude woman called Wilma said breakfast doesn’t start till 6 or 6:30 so they don’t have to provide anything. I’ll never stay again.

Your restaurant maid everyone on Tuesday night wait 45 minutes from order to course delivery....there just were not enough staff in the kitchen and the price was outrageous for what was, when it eventually came, very indifferent cooking. Sadly I think you alrewdy know that and consider guests at this Hotel as suckers to be fleeced.

We had a lovely stay at Hilton. Had two connecting rooms on level 4.

Absolutely first class stay. Not only where we upgraded we received a complimentary drink and breakfast. Room was spacious comfortable and perfect for our stay. Breakfast was a great selection the staff all of them helpful happy and willing to make our experience pleasurable thank you Hilton group and thank you to all your staff

Room was clean and comfortable. TV kept freezing, so we were unable to watch anything turn it off.

Terrible experience, rude staff, and no room as promised! We booked this Hilton to rest during our layover in London, only to find out at 11pm, when we arrived to check in, that they didn’t have a room for us. Despite our check-in time being 3pm, we were never notified of this issue beforehand. Instead, we were told on the spot that they were booking us into another hotel – a much cheaper, lower-quality hotel that cost half the price. To make matters worse, they refused to refund the difference. Throughout the conversation, the staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and mostly ignored us. They didn’t answer our questions and simply offered to cancel our reservation with an attitude, as if that was the solution to their mistake. This was an awful experience, and I will never stay at this hotel again.

It's convenient for Heathrow and usefully outside the ULEZ area

A useful close overnight place before an early flight at Terminal 5. One important fact. Don’t pay for your parking in the car park but pay at reception when you check in, it’s half the price. Very helpful reception. Good early opening Starbucks in the lobby. Basic but handy. Room clean & bed ok. And incredible soundproofed windows. No plane noise at all!!

It was my first time staying at this property. I found it very convenient using the Hotel hoppa.

Reception staff are wonderful. Restaurant staff need retraining, there were many people complaining whilst we were there. The lady on the desk just said sit over there with a casual wave of her hand. We had to ask for a menu, then ask again for someone to take our order, there were only a couple of other diners there at that point… Then had to ask for the bill… Food was mediocre Terrible service from a Hilton!

Difficult to find and nowhere near Terminal 5 as it has stated in its name. Doors were locked and staff very unfriendly. Room was musty and not very clean.

Breakfast fantastic, room nice, large good lighting lovely bathroom but bath high too climb up in to use shower. Hotel quiet with good facilities. Not clear what opening hours were for spa and several hydro pool features not working. Hotel could do with a good update. It's not terrible but needs a lift like the lights in the mezzanine restaurant and the spa. Generally staff nice and did not come across any issues with them.

The hotel was clean and we had a lovely meal in the restaurant. There was some noise from a wedding but stopped at 11pm

This was a very nice Hilton a little bit from all the traffic of Heathrow.
