The staff was outstanding, kind and helpful. Beautiful facility. Charming dining room. Great breakfast. Only suggest an extension plug from the outlet under the center of the headboard to one or both sides of the bed to charge a phone next to the bed.

stay was great! Hosts were lovely and very helpful in both accommodating our late check in and making sure we were fed. We booked last minute so we were not able to make reservations for the restaurant downstairs. The room has no a/c so we had the windows open to try and catch a breeze and had to use ear plugs to drown out the restaurant patrons because they were loud and it was late (midnight). The breakfast was AMAZING. We would stay here again if we returned to this area of Switzerland.

If youre looking for a charming boutique hotel on Lake Lucern, look no further than Boutique Hotel Schlussel. I was astounded at the service, but it doesnt even feel like service. The owners Daniel and Gabrielle are passionate about what they do and are genuinely interested in their guests. There is great parking and I would say that eating at their restaurant is a must as Daniels cooking is AMAZING!!! I cant wait to come here again!

This is really a gem... It is an old house but beautifully renovated preserving the charming things of an old house but with all the confort of a new construction. The staff is simply amazing, friendly, knowledge etc. They make you feel at home. The food is also superb!
