3 star only. Hotel room looks old and worn out. Showers good. Ok for 1 night stay. Close to Abu Dhabi Mall. Restaurant for dinner in hotel was delicious buffet.

They didn’t even bother looking at this so why even advertise accepting vip status in your hotel. There is an issue with water mixer in the room you have two choice or burning water or cold water. When the AC compressor is off you get mold smell of the ducts i bet never ever cleaned and moldy due to high humidity. The hotwl is clean staff are not rude but not super friendly at the same time poker face. All of them even doorman. I paid way extra than other hotel i stayed in and it wasnt worth it.

The hotel staff was nice, but some facilities were not good (e.g. I couldn't flush the toilet with toilet paper, there was water leakage from the ceiling of the bathroom, the room key (card) didn't work, so I needed to go to the reception to change.

Terrible. Boiling water from the tub. Broken sensor of air conditioner. Poor pressure of water. Noise from karaoke every night. Mold in bathroom. Smoking smeel in the non-smoking room. Humidy everywhere. We booked 6 rooms. And every room has the same problem

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Abu Dhabi. The staff are all very helpful and hardworking. I didnt have a lot of time in Abu Dhabi but the hotel is close to bus stops and has a shuttle system for going to places of interest. I had a good stay and was happy with my room and stay and would stay here again.

The building is old therefore should invest more in cleaning the room’s carpet, it looks very stained from dirt, the room lights should also be brighter, currently they are too dim and it’s hard to see oneself well in the mirror specially at night, no amenities included no tea no water, every hotel in the Emirates has given us amenities regardless of the room’s price, they did serve water with lemons at the lobby for self service, the hotel’s location is convenient for shopping, food and public transport.

Smell terrible. Even though I booked a non smoking room the smell all around the 5th flour was disgusting and the room also smelled to tobacco.
