The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. The guard at the was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and bed was firm but comfortable. The room I booked came with breakfast and dinner included. Food was great. I would definitely stay there again.

I thought the picture of the room will be different in person but it wasn't! I am surprised to be met with a good view of some pine trees in the large window pane. If not for the purpose of my trip, I would have stayed in the sofa all day just staring out the window.
The breakfast is okay. Buffet style with enough choices. I enjoyed the adobo and rice. Hope may champorado next time.

The thing I did not like about the property was that it did not have a smoking designated area. Which is my fault for not researching it before hand. Plus Baguio as a city is not a friendly place for smokers, vapors and chewers. So be warned. If you’re a smoker like me. They’re aren’t too many smoking designated areas in Baguio. Check others hotels before booking one. Check out Cafe Will Restaurant. They have a smoking area. FYI.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Free meals were a really nice perk. Climate control for Aircon very effective, and bed was among most comfortable that I have slept in. Super place and highly recommend at this price point, especially.

Very good location, the deluxe room was a pretty good size with the daybed also. The mattress could be improved I found it to be too firm and hard. The breakfast options had a good selection with 3 viands, veggies, fruit, cereals, bread and soup options. The place was under renovation during my stay. I found it to be a bit overpriced due to the lack of any other facilities aside from the room and the sparse Cafe area.

Nice room at a fair rate. The hotel is a bit dated, but still ok. The only real downside was the ongoing construction noise making it difficult to relax during the day.

Lovely hotel and staff. The food was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Room was clean with the essentials. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

It started @checkin. The young woman had a madk on and I couldnt understand a word. I told twice and she ignored me and kept going. There were extra fees. Only 1 keycard for 2 guests. Room was wrong ordered a queen bed got 2 singles. Poor lighting and few outlets.The elevator is out of service. Noisy and smelly due to renovations. Wont be returning there. Went to the hotel next door (literally) clean bright and inviting.

We have stayed here so many times and will always return because it's our favorite hotel in Baguio to stay because the staff are so friendly and accommodating and make us feel like old family returning each time we return! The cleaning staff do a fantastic job and always fill my requests and needs when we're there! The location is great and easy to get around to the rest of the city from there and many attractions are nearby the hotel. We will always return to the Chalet when in Baguio!

Stayed for 9 days. We love staying at the Chalet Baguio because as always the staff are exceptional and always so friendly and remember us from previous stays! They really do whatever we need to make our stay great and this stay was no different! Great place and location for the price! We will always return to our favorite hotel and staff! Thanks Chalet!

We stayed here for our Wedding Anniversary celebration. Requested for a room with a good view of the mountains and thankfully this is what we got. The room is spacious and clean.The bathroom could have a better design. Water keeps on flowing outside.They have decent buffet breakfast and dinner buffet. This is during weekends. Ok weekdays they only serve set meals for breakfast. Hotel has a great location, very accessible. Only ample parking available.
