Room was dirty. On the first day, we entered a room with hair on the chairs and desk. The next day, we left tge room with Please Clean sign. Came back with hair on the bathtub.

Jaggy is so nice. And I use a king size bed only my self, it make me good sleeping. It located downtown , so little noisy.

The hotel was great. Location was ok, 9 mins from the nearest metro. Rooms where good. Hotel staff was very helpful and courtesy.

Excpetional! Our only hiccup was that the bidet stopped working -my guess is the batteries went out- and we had to sheepishly ask for someone to take a look at it while there were contents in the bowl.

15 mintes away from railway station. Friendly staff with good english, basic breakfast with some western and a mit more chines3 choice. Batroom and amenities above other hotels. Unfortunately even after moving several times all rooks I had very noisy, primarily sound from outside (ventilation or motor) and inside (external floor air-conditioning). Could onky sleep with air plugs provided from reception.

Great comfortable room with a huge bathroom & a jacuzzi bathtub. Location of hotel is a little far from the MRT station but location wise, it is rather convenient as there's access to 2 MRT lines (about 15 mins walk to station). The staff is friendly and helpful

we were actually diverted to the Tango Taipei ChangAn, which assume under the same management. whole experience was very good, staff was very helpful n friendly.. location ok, clean room..

I really love ”the tango hotel”, the equipment, service, room, breakfast, anything in Tango hotel, I have a great experience every time, and this time the hotel give the free upgrade, I feel surprised and extremely thankful, I really enjoy that I stay.

Nice hotel. We stayed here for only one night, but overall it was clean, and comfortable. The hotel has a strict checkout policy though. We had a 7pm flight, and requested if we could check out slightly later. The response was that the latest they would allow is 12.30pm; and every subsequent hour would be charged. Then again, most hotels have strict checkout policy, so this did not faze us much. Just be aware of this if youre thinking of requesting for a late checkout with Tango Lisen.Apart from all that, the hotel is still clean, nice, modern and comfortable. Staff were also generally welcoming.

Darkest room we've ever stayed in: tinted windows, why?! Smelly rooms (we looked at 3 different ones and they all stank), smelly lifts and corridors. Paper thin windows let all Street sound in, although the road is actually rather quiet. Super-cold aircon everywhere, even though it was just 10C outside! Had to wear jumper and jacket for breakfast as we were freezing. Staff don't speak much English. Poor hotel overall.

My stay here was excellent. The hotel room was in great shape the amenities were excellent the buffet was really good and the staff was wonderful .

Poor Wifi coverage. Intermittent disruption thoughout stay. Sound proofing not good, wall partition too thin. In-room safe is out of order, but Service from front desk is impeccable.

Bathtub so dirty after on the water jet. Dont dare to use. Waste of money.

Upgraded to hotel tango Changan. Modern and stylish hotel with advanced facilities. Convenient location.

Very polite and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. The location is very convenient, a short taxi ride to the main train station, and walking distance to the subway station.

Excellent service with reasonablr price in downtown Taipei.
