An opportunity to have a weekend away with my husband presented itself and we decided to jump. Having proximity to the airport and convenience of light rail was important to us, along with comfy beds, breakfast, and a clean room & property. We were impressed! The room was well appointed, very spacious, and smartly designed. Staff were very friendly, with convenient shuttle transfer service when we needed. Breakfast provided great options. We will look to stay here again when back in the area.

We had an excellent stay at this facility. The staff, (Miranda) was very helpful and nice. The refurnishing of the facility is excellent. It looks like a new Hotel. We look forward to staying there again. I would only suggest one thing. For breakfast add Bacon and Sausage patties.

Great location super close to SeaTac. Complimentary shuttle runs 24 hours a day to SeaTac and light rail station. Took light rail to downtown Seattle- super easy. Breakfast was plentiful and good each day. There’s a Taco Bell and a jack in the box within walking distance, but not much more in walking distance. Airport noise was not an issue at all for us. Parking is free if you have a car. This hotel checked all the boxes for us- will stay again!

Perfect stay for pre cruise overnighting. Clean quiet safe and a cheap shuttle to the pier. Our check in agent was phenomenal! So helpful!

One night stay prior to a cruise. Shuttle from airport was quick, driver was very nice, bus was in great shape and clean. We did not partake of the provided breakfast as we had other plans for the morning.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. It was a difficult time for them because of the Crowdstrike software crash. Many travelers were left stranded because of travel cancellations and were in need of a place to stay. They were overworked but continued to smile and did everything they could to see that customers were satisfied

Check-in was a bit weird; the guy was openly yawning and saying he needed some sleep. Was friendly enough, though, and helpfully offered us a discount coupon for aloft next door when we indicated we may walk over for a drink. We always appreciate the breakfasts at Hampton Inns.

We arrived extremely early and were able to check in and leave our luggage until our room was ready, we got our room by 11 am. They had a shuttle to take us to dinner. The workers were very friendly and accommodating

On the evening of June 21 12:30 in the morning a pizza delivery woke us up. Wrong room. Then at 2:30AM THE FIRE ALARM went off we picked up and went to the airport 4 hours early

Check in process was confusing and difficult due to new staff working who did not appear to be properly trained and also displayed very poor customer service. I could not get a few simple questions answered in regard to my room charge. I did address my problems though the following morning with the manager on duty who apologized and corrected all issues to my satisfaction.
