Very comfortable stay and the manager on site was quite helpful and hospitable in ensuring pleasant stay for the customer.

Very difficult initially to get our late arrival considered by the property. Several phone messages later in the day, we received a return call telling us the procedure for late arrival. Very frustrating though during a 3-hour wait while on the road and not knowing what to do.

there was no staff for the evening and overnight hours. The bed had no blanket, just a sheet and a paper-thin coverlet. I was unable to contact any staff to get a blanket so I spent a cold, uncomfortable night. The room phone had no directions on how to operate it so, even thought it was blinking when we entered, we could never figure out what the message might have been. When we arrived, in the pouring rain. there was nobody to check in with. Our keys were left in an unsecured box that anybody had access to. We got soaked getting to our 2nd floor room and there was no elevator nor baggage carts to transport our baggage to the room.When we left the last morning, during office hours, the office was locked. My wife's keycard stopped working at one point and she was locked out of the building (and she did not have a phone to call me).

Very nice great value safe location nice set up nice bathroom. My only issue was two pillows per bed . I rent two beds at hotels due to needing extra pillows. Normally there are at least 3 per queen bed. When I stayed 2 months ago the manager gave me extra pillows but considering it was Sunday when I checked in and the staff needs at least one day off.

Property was conveniently located, and we felt safe there. The suite had needed appliances but was not cleaned properly. Stove top had food residue and bathroom floors had not been swept or cleaned. Room could use a deep clean. Overall, would stay again as price was good.

Michael, the general manager was excellent. Nothing was a problem for him.
We left our luggage with him because we needed to drop it off early and he accepted it all and transferred it to our room without any issues.
He was so helpful when we need a cork screw and showed us how to use the laundry facilities. He made our stay effortless.

Unfortunately, my stay was not what I had expected it to be. The walls are either fairly thin or my upstairs neighbors were just extremely loud. Someone was playing with the dog at random times during the night. Woke me up at 02:39 am, 3:00 am. Next day at 1 something a.m.
The place was spacious and well designed just a bit outdated.

Absolutely the best value anywhere! Immaculate! Courtyard on lower level, and patios on upper level, with tables and chairs. Full size refrig and stove with oven. Separate living/dining area and bedroom. Amazing price!

Can't beat it for the price. Everything looked clean. Hall floor from Bathroom to Kitchen was sticky. Everything else was good and it was a nice quiet stay.

We found the property to be a great place to stay as we went through Augusta. It is pretty basic but reasonably comfortable and the staff we met was wonderful.
The only real complaint we had was the limited dinnerware and cookware. For example, no spatula for making eggs, only one ceramic coffee cup, no sharp knives, etc. this was important as we are on the road with restrictive food allergies. Being forewarned we’d plan accordingly. It was a bit noisy on the first floor (lots of thumping above) so I would request second floor next time.
We would book again going through Augusta. We felt the property was an excellent value for the money.

This used to be my favorite home away from
home but not now. I didn’t have to worry about dogs or kids but now I do. Do my last visit. It’s was filled with dogs barking loud kids and loud noise. Last stay.

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean except for the kitchenette area. It did need some attention and deep cleaning. But we didn't have to use it. And unfortunately,the beds were terrible to us. Too hard for me. But it did serve its purpose.

The courtyard was nice except that all the smokers smoked out there all day long

The manager and staff were great. The hotel is well upkept outside. Inside is ok, but did find a couple pests that the manager said they were taking care of. It's a good value for a quick stay in a nice looking hotel.

Only thing I didn't like was not an extra set of bed sheets in case someone wanted to use the sofa bed. Other than that, AMAZING! Check in was easy and the gentleman was very nice. Check out was a breeze. Amazing facilities, would definitely stay there again.
