Shower was dirty and I clogged up! No soap in shower! We couldn’t turn up the ac and it was very hot! I had 5 kids and one baby! Pulse my wife and the pool was very dirty!

We love the front desk staff every time we book. And depending who is working the bar fir the night.

We check into the hotel and made it to the elevator and it smelled like weed. We made it to the 2nd floor and opened out door and the smell was still super strong. We then realized the people in the room 2 doors down was smoking in their room and it would light up the whole hallway. I personally went out to purchase air freshners. We will continue to go back ad this is our close to home go to place but this time wasn't as relaxing as the past.

we love this property we have stayed here quite a few times when we have travelled for my daughters surgeries

we went through two rooms for one night both bathrooms were very dirty. manager said he was going to comp the room but couldn’t because I booked through booking.com

For longer stays would have preferred housekeeping at least ask if i needed towels or anything

I enjoyed everything about the staff, as well as all my accommodations at the Double Tree. All the staff were extremely helpful and so polite. Our room was a good size (except bathroom was extremely tiny).

The beds were not comfortable, the bathroom was extremely small , you couldnt turn around inside the bathroom if the door was opened. And the toilet tank had been cracked. Their was a whole in ceiling as you entered the room. The Bar & grill seems to cook everything with a season salt even after calling down and them replacing the salad we requested no seasoning or salt on due to kidney patient and cant have the salt our second tray had seasoning salt all over the chicken. So we just threw out our food and went else where to eat.

Breakfast was ok, but not worth the cost. Service was good.

I could hear everything on my hall despite my noise cancelling headphones. The walls are too thin.
