Wayyy overpriced for a stay at what seemed like a sad run down property. Elevator felt like it could stop working at any moment and took 10 minutes to go 5 floors. Avoid drinking water from the tap...it tasted like the inside of a rotten pipe. Dead bugs in the room etc.I don't want to say it was completely awful but I will say that I will never ever stay at home 2 suites again

Amazing staff very friendly, the little older lady that did breakfast was the best sweet kind and very patient with all the kids everything was clean and organized thanks u guys we be back

Friendly staff

The staff was amazing. Our tv stopped working and they did all they could do so they brought another tv and then it got fixed later. The woman that worked the evening shift remembered our name and said hi with our name. That is something we do mot experience in any hotel. Very warm homey feel. Great staff. The gal for breakfast excellent employee.

Front desk staffs were not very friendly, worker kind of avoided we talked to, but like to chat with front desk girls... condition was good but hard to get to. We stayed for 2 nights, felt expensive for what we got.

Easy booking and check in

Michelle did an excellent job, at the front Desk. She was very friendly and helpful when needed.

Wonderful spacious room and the full kitchen was awesome. Breakfast was delicious and all staff we came in contact with was so friendly. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance.

The hotel was super accommodating of our large party (8 rooms). We traveled from North Carolina to attend a wedding. Everyone was super helpful in getting us rooms to meet each family's needs (one with autistic children).

The lobby was bright and inviting. The computer was acting up and had to be rebooted but all went well. The room was what I expect from Hiltons, clean and comfortable. I did not give five stars on the room condition due to some broken tile behind the side of the toilet. I did let the desk know about it upon check out. Tammy, the breakfast person was wonderful and breakfast was very good. We will book here again.

A very pet friendly facility; pet walking area is provided. Hotel staff was courteous and very friendly. Rooms are Clean. Free breakfast with a variety of food. This Hotel close to many restaurants.

Goo property

Everything was super great about our stay - large clean room, comfortable beds, quick check-in - except breakfast. For someone with a dairy allergy, there was nothing to eat. We went out for breakfast. We would stay there again.

Good location

Staff very polite and kind!

I purposely chose this location as I stayed here first weekend in August and had a wonderful experience. This day this time was not as wonderful as my first one . There were issues with the juice bar all weekend. However, on my last day there yesterday they did offer a free juice instead of having to pay for it like the previous two days. The other issue I had is I have always stayed in the Home2 suites and never saw a pitbull, I’m not sure if that is a breed that is banned or permitted. However, there was a huge pitbull at this location that apparently got loose Saturday night outside and the owner had a challenging time securing her pet the staff was very friendly. Finally there were supplies that they were short of but again it was a holiday weekend so I took that into account but with that being said as it was a holiday weekend, I would’ve thought the supplies would’ve been ordered in advance. Typically they have out cookies and pink lemonade, wonderful gesture, and much appreciated. It was only out two of the four nights that I was there and one night didn’t have cookies basically a few little things that added up to not being the same experience I had the first go around when I stay there again yes but I think I would find out on check in if the fountain juice machine is broken and I would go out and buy my own juice had a much more reasonable cost :-)

Love this hotel and the staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming my favorite hotel so far.

The room did not smell clean at all. The property needs repairs- damaged walls in common areas etc.

The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and offered many options for storage and relaxing. The two drawbacks were getting to it and some noise from the highway nearby. All in all, I would choose this hotel again.

I like the modern amenities and upkeep of the property. In addition, the apples always are a nice, nutritious touch.

Really enjoyed stay. All Hotel staff were friendly: front desk, breakfast staff and housekeeping. All seemed to be working and professional. No slacking off. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Studio room was very good. Well stocked. Convenient for walking to stores, restaurants and coffee shop. I would definitely want to stay again. Really nice hotel!

We love this place! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Biloxi area. Everyone was extremely friendly and this place was spotless!

Wonderful staff. Much nicer than other Hotels. The suites are so much more spacious & include a small kitchen. Breakfast is included & is fantastic, lots to choose from. Very pet friendly! I highly recommend Home 2 Suites.

First time staying here,had problems with property finding my reservation days before arrival. Called morning of to confirm reservation and was told my room was ready ,made it to hotel around 1:50 to be told check in was for 3. The guy at the front desk was rude and didn't show any compassion for my situation considering I was traveling with a disabled individual. I did return at 3 and the lady was really nice. The check out clerk was nice also. As for the room it was very spacious. The pool needed to be clean. Overall the stay wasn't that bad besides the reservation and check in experience.

This property is located between Biloxi and Gulfport which is great! The staff is kind, friendly and are willing to assist! The rooms are clean and spacious! The description of the room indicates there is a full kitchen and there is just about everything except a stovetop if you intend to cook food. Not an issue for me but would like to make others aware! Overall this is a great place to stay!

The receptionist on both shift were very sweet and welcoming.

It was close to shopping areas, restaurants and the beach. I requested early check-in, I arrived at 1:45 pm wasn't able to get in until 3:57 pm. Another person checked in at 3:45 and was able to get their room on the same floor as me. Maria and Garrett weren't very friendly, but Vanessa was friendly and was sorry for the experience I had during check-in. I will not return to this hotel location again.
