Concierge, stand around, no urgency, watched our nanny load the suitcase in the taxi, while our 4yr old was next to her. Even after highlighting and saying, can u help, they were slow to respond, no apology offered

Our stay was terrible, if you are Adults as a couple looking for a quiet relaxing getaway, then don’t stay here if you don’t want to listen to endless noise from countless kids, the pool area music was so loud you could not stay, kids were doing bommys in the pool bar area and water splashes into your beer the water slide is right near the pool bar and because it is a 24 hour pool the noise doesn’t stop until midnight, very expensive, $18 for a beer and $26 for a espresso martini, if you want to order in room service a steak is $98, sorry not for us absolute nightmare and too many people everywhere

Although there was no flexibility at check-in as we arrived early. The suite was very nice. Room service was reasonable, delivered hot, and service exceeded expectations. The pool and 24hr access was a plus! Close to the marina with many dining options and the Sentosa Bus B was always running to take you around the island.

The hotel surprised me and my family with balloons and a decadent cake in the room as I was celebrating my birthday. The spectacular room was spacious with comfortable beds, soft linen, a beautiful bathroom and amazing views of the Marina. Breakfast buffet was so delicious with so much choice. The 24hr swimming pool was amazing especially after a long day out in the heat. The kids loved the pool slide, free icecream, smores and popcorn. The steam room, spa and infrared sauna was a nice touch for the adults. The staff were always warm and welcoming. Thankyou W Singapore for making my birthday so special!

The hotel has shown its age. Facilities are showing signs of aging and there is no hair dryer in each room which is quite surprisingly for a hotel of W’s status

In general, everything is really good at W hotel with staff at the kitchen Table particularly friendly and helpful. Two of the staff there have provided really outstanding service that deserve special mention : Nisha and Bhavani. I wish to take this opportunity here to record my appreciation to their great effort.

We had a wonderful stay. I loved the modern and fun vibe of W. The staff were very welcoming and warm. We really enjoyed the pool and noticed the kids having a great time on the slide. Great amenities, attentive service, clean and comfortable. I would recommend W Sentosa without hesitation and can't wait to stay there again. Some lovely restaurants on-site also.

Nice view overseeing the marina. Just what I wanted for a different staycation. Gym is huge but I opted to take a walk around the marina. Had some issue with advance payment for breakfast but was eventually resolved during check out. Best to get a screenshot of bookings and additional payments to avoid issues.
The Kitchen table provides wide spread of choices during breakfast. Had a good breakfast and nice chat with friends during breakfast and the staffs were attentive and friendly. Plates were cleared after meal and continuously asked if coffee is needed. I don’t usually have black coffee but the one served at kitchen table was amazing. Love it and had a second cup. Served hot to the table. Thank out W Singapore for the attentiveness. The personalised gesture and attentiveness make a big different.

This was the best decision I made. The service from start to finish was perfect. The facilities second to none. The cocktails perfect, gym great new equipment, staff at reception went above expectations, the staff on the door saved us from missing a flight. I would recommend and would stay again. Let’s not forget breakfast. 10/10 for the whole stay.

A bad smell around the hotel lobby and in room, the surface on all furnitures are kind of smudgy, too much chlorine in the swimming pool and limited dining options. Not qualify for 5 star for sure.
