Overall of a significantly lower standard than expected from Hilton. Poor interaction and communication skills with staff. Mould apparent in shower. Litter strewn everwhere in the grounds.

Stayed a couple of nights for business. Staff friendly and professional. Room clean. Hotel as expected. Ideal location next to train station and the office I was visiting.

A good place to stay for Luton airport. Right next to the station and with good facilities and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Despite this seeming to be a new hotel, our room felt a little tired in places, for example the bathroom door lock was broken so could not be locked shut from inside.

Good hotel as a stop off before our flight the next day. The room itself was clean, tidy and comfortable but a little dated. It had everything we needed. The hotel itself could do with offering a little more in teh way of drinks / food selection at the bar as it was very minimal however staff were attentive and again it as very clean. The breakfast however, was totally inedible. The most edible thing on the breakfast menu is toast as you cook it yourself. It truly was so bad we pretty much went without. Although included in the room cost, this needs to be dramatically improved. It was the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had.

Great location for overnight stay for Airport, Staff helpful and friendly

The staff were amazing and friendly the room was great. But a fight between a couple kicked off in the lobby of the hotel which made my stay very unpleasant. This happened for around an hour then when I went upstairs to my room they were still fighting and arguing outside my room which made it hard to sleep. I don’t want to take anything away from the hotel because the staff were really good. Just such a shame.

Good overall standard for airport hotel

Stayed here to use the airport It is not on the airport site It’s a 20 minute walk (depending on pace) or you can pay for the dart. The beds are extremely uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a plank of wood. Shower head for size of the shower is terrible The sink in the room we stayed had a massive crack in it. Air conditioning is poor and windows do not open. Really not worth the money, i have paid less and had better stays and sleeps on hotels. For a hilton hotel its very poor

Great location for Luton Airport layovers

Clean and tidy room, and comfortable bed. Friendly staff through out all Parts of the hotel from Reception to kitchen.

I have paid less and had so much better quality. I booked the night for after a festival I was attending locally, so for convenience it was perfect. We parked at the hotel and got an Uber to the venue. The train station is right next to the hotel & so is the Airport. We arrived early before check-in and we were offered early check-in which allowed us to leave our bags and get to the festival right on time. Our room was fit for purpose but the shower needed cleaning, there was mold round the seal of the shower tray. Our stay included breakfast. We went down to find the dinning room full, the tables had not been cleared and it was obvious they were short staffed and struggling. We then cleared our table ourselves as there where no staff visible. The food areas where not cleaned after the previous guests, food hadn't been refilled for the next guests. It was very obvious that they where extremely overwhelmed by the amount of guests and that they had not planned to cater for the amount of guests they had booked. We had to wait a long time for food to be prepared and brought out. The stay was definitely not what we payed.

Convenient location, the Luton airport parkway is just a few step away. Reasonable price. Room is clears and spacious.

This hotel has almost everything to be the best option close to the airport. It is in a strategic position, the room and bathroom appeared to be clean; the breakfast was nice to have (both for the variety and the space). BUT the condition of the bed sheets and towels was so disappointing! The bed sheets had stains everywhere, and there was long hair in three of the four towels. They looked like they hadn't been washed properly. I couldn't sleep. Finally, the staff was kind but the information they gave me to get there in the middle of the night was unclear and misleading.

A little lazy management with little things like coffee sachet only for one available, non- functional conditioner pump in shower, a certain but polite consternation over a request for some ice for the room accommodated by bringing my own ziplock bag to the bar a couple of times.

Not worth the money at all. Claims to be a Hilton brand but it's IBIS budget at best. Don't waste your money and stay at a premier inn.

The mattress was terrible. The bed was not queen size. So much noise from a family with 2 rooms at 4am.

Asked for our bill for extras, still waiting.
