Just not as expected really. There is room for improvement

The reception they’re very nice and the room s are very clean and they respect people their and they will give you free transport to the prayers place for free

Too far from masjid nabawi, about 15-20 mins walk. But they do have shuttle bus for each prayer so no problem. The service is poor but the price is perfect.

Very uneducated staff don't speak English at all , no tea coffee in room , no tv remote no chair or sufa no bathroom clothes hanger no hanger very bad service price was expensive they asking me to pay more money although i paid everything online they could not found my booking in system in fact that don't known how to use computer properly

prepaid to Expedia but the manager Lutvi made us pay again! When we spoke with him he said that there is a problem with expedia payments and he does not get the money. No I just spoke to expedia and they saud he should not have done that, they called him and apparently he will pay back the money within 24 hours. Someone is lying. Staff were very rude and not helpful, they did not help with luggage, they did not even know the wifi password!The television did not work, my 3 children were promised it would be fixed 3 times the caretaker said he would return to fix it and 3 times he never came back.The mattress on the bed leaned to one 3 of the 4 beds in the roomThe room floor was dusty, the beds smelled, the sink had no cover, the water was too hot, the AC had no way of controlling speed because it was broken, there was no tissue in the toilet, there were no towels and the so called 24 hour cafe was never open.This place is a joke and I advise all to stay away.

Good for saving budget and not far away from Holy mosque (about 10 minutes walking).

Shuttle service at prayers time

No Internet connection. At this century, wifi is a necessity.

The Hotel was fair, but sometimes it was difficult even for the cab drivers to find the hotel as its slightly of side. The hotel shuttle service was good. Charges per night should be less, as one can easily find hotel in almost similar price very near to Mosque Nabvi.

Hotel is too far from Masid Nabwi, I reached in evening, Tried to call them on the phone number but it was not working...Then I searched there another contact number on internet got a mobile number, tried to ring on that but no one picked it...NO one knows about hotel after that took 3 hrs to search the hotel. In hotel no phone is working if u need to ask anything from reception u need to come down to reception...The area around the hotel is not also good....

The hotel was hard to locate and is a bit far from Al-haram. Taxi drivers were also not familiar with the hotel. The hotel management was nice and cooperative. The rooms were tidy.

Its not good, I changed the hotel because the bathroom was unclear and the location was not as seen in the web, the neighborhood is low class.
