We stayed for two weeks at Tanadewa and Tanadewa's team made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Many beaches can be reached after a relatively short drive and there is free beach shuttle offered to Nusa Dua Beach. Spa offerings are really great and food is at least on par with european/western restaurants. Big thank you to the whole team and Satria, who helped us with a little medical emergency! :)

Customer service was exceptional. They provided tons of food and activity suggestions and booked them for us.

Wonderful staff, beautiful scenery and excellent location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. All of our needs were taken care of by the helpful staff.

Also, some hotel amenities and equipment are out-of date like the gym and require some renovation. Finally, since each villa has its own small garden and swimming pool you should be ready to meet with different animals, such as frogs and geckos as probably everywhere in Bali.

Hotel was nice and each room has its private pool. Bed was also very comfortable. However the cleanliness was very disappointing. I found a dead cockroach on the table next to my bed. The toilet bowl seat was yellowish and dirty. There were a lot of water and soap stains on the mirror and the surrounding of the sink. The floor was also very dusty. My feet were all full of dust after making a round in the room

A breath of fresh air! It was quiet, secluded and provided transportation or arranged free transports.

This Place was very nice and kozy especially for couples! And it only seemed to be couples there as well. A really great room and elegant. We used the private pool a lot, and also we used the boble bath. We stayed 3 Nights. The staff was very friendly, but they were very often empty for Things on the meny. The balinese Food was nice, pizza and pasta also but not the tender loin. ( not good at all) They were empty for big bears, the chefs pizza, strawberry milkshake, coke and the dinner took some time. But the Place was really nice and the view was great from the restaurant. The saff was helpful even though rude and unpolite guests. The spa was ok, a little hard in the beginning. One negative thing was that there was no Place to get sun, lay on sunbeds, but they drove to the Beach for free in a nice car. And the bed was really good and the rest of the villa!

Excellent room, poor facilities. Poor standard of English amongst staff. Restaurant a joke, don't bother for anything other than breakfast. £157 per night in the wet season - and that didn't include breakfast! No thanks!

It's a little out of the way.....we hired scooters so not so bad Relaxing place to return to after exploring all day

I booked this hotel based off the positive recommendations by others on Expedia. Sad to say, I'm disappointed when I went there. Being the second time there in a few months, my girlfriend and I decided to try a new Villa, and decided to book Tanadewa. Here is my experience:- 1) Luggage was mishandled by the "professional butler" that they advertised on their villa page. One of the wheels of the luggage broke off while he carried it from the reception to our Villa. It took them nearly 4 days for their "engineers" to fix the luggage. They "fixed" it by using glue. 2) The reception was often unoccupied. The previous villa we went to would always have someone there, ready to handle any queries we had. We often found ourselves waiting for someone as we often had to book a taxi to get to where we wanted to go. 3) Shuttle services. They have one bus service going to the Bali Collection, which is an expensive, high-end area of Bali. It'll take you a grand total of one night to visit the entirety of that location. 4) Air-conditioning. Bali, being in the tropical region, is really warm and humid. The air-conditioning in the Villa was horribly warm, and was unable to cool the entire room. I was sweating while I slept. 5) Honesty. Their driver suggested we rent their car at a fee of 200,000 rp when we wanted to go to Seminyak. Do not listen. A taxi is way cheaper. He told us it was about the same price when a taxi costs about 110,000 rp.

Without a doubt, I will be staying here if I have the pleasure of visiting Bali again. While not on the beach, its location on the top of a hill offers stunning views, particularly from the restaurant. The villas with private pools are not only gorgeously done, but offer a welcome respite at all hours of the day in the Bali heat. And there is not enough to stay about the staff. They were so accommodating and nice.

Slight discrepancies with fans not working, however, they were corrected immediately upon request. Great staff, very courteous and helpful. Assisted with everything and gave good recommendations on attractions and food. Loved the hotel would definitely stay again.

Spent My wedding anniversary there. Staff were professional and friendly. Accommodation was awesome. I made online request for red roses for my wife and they were arranged beautifully in the room., Amazing view while having a lovely breakfast. Suited my wife and I perfectly.

I stayed here with my partner for 5 nights, the room was very nice and the service was excellent it is a great place for a private getaway, the only down side is you need to get taxi's everywhere as the location is not walking distance to anywhere ie tourist shopping places, beach or any sort of attractions

Excellent hotel for our honeymoon. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always always provided assistance quickly. Beautiful big rooms with the comfort of your own plunge pool. Not located near other resorts so ideal for privacy, but also withing 5 mins of Bali Connection and 15 mins of Kuta

This place was fantastic. Its equidistance between the two resorts of Nusa Dua and Jimbarin meaning you can mix up between the two and easily access the new toll road to the rest of the island and the airport. The villas are on two levels with a really large bedroom and bathroom - top quality design and nice view. then downstairs you have a cool living area with a large plunge pool (mini smimming pool) all to yourself (plus a fridge of drinks!). The staff were really great - butler service was friendly, non intrusive and helpful; drivers were also friendly and very informative. the reception staff and breakfast guys were also great.
