Amazing hotel!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and food!! We had transportation too and from the airport. We enjoyed the day at the heated pool with great drinks and lunch. The included breakfast was delicious.

Very nice property. Rooms are very nice. Little far away from shopping. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good restaurants. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

I felt like the staff/concierge tried to overcharge us for some excursions. They quoted a price which transportation was included and on the way back twice tried to charge a fee for the hotel shuttle when it was already included as part of the package price

Minor point but they were rigid about reversing my with breakfast booking ( they argued I had a no cancellation booking), even though I had requested for change within 10mins of booking. But breakfast was lovely so not too important, but felt rather cheated by the poor service there.
