Very impressiive upon entry.close to shopping areas. Womderful breakfast for reasonable price. Clean and comfortable.

We really liked this hotel. The location was close to two major shopping centers both of which had large food courts. The rooms were large with very clean bathrooms with great views(we were on the 18th floor). The breakfast buffet had lots of variety which we enjoyed. Best of all, we found it very easy to get to the highway to the airport at the end of our stay.

The bed was dirty and messy . It shows wet blood scars. Floor of toilet was dirty Floor in the room also dirty I guess they didnt clean with vaccum and water . But the employe who work there are very kind . Food was good, And the most worse is the hotel only have 2 lift from many hundred room . I must wait 15-20 minutes to get inside the liff. Omg they must build new lift .

I do travel a lot but this was my Worse hotel ever, i have asked for double bed what they did was move two single bed together to make double bed i couldnt sleep because of the cape between two beds Next morning i asked reception to make it two single at least i could sleep in one bed they were like oh we sorry to hear that we will fix it today bla bla bla i came back to hotel 4 am in the morning forget about fixing the bed they didnt come in the room for cleaning or making your bed basically i didnt have room service lol waste of money Hotel star is 4 star service is 2 star

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Turkey, and every one of them has had excellent customer service. This one was so comically bad, I had to laugh now and then, even though the attitude of the scornful older man who works at the reception desk infuriated me. I thought horrible customer service was a USA thing. And I still do. Maybe Ramada’s roots have crept up through cracks in the earth stretching from my home town to Balçova. They lied to me about the pool hours and requirements. Their ad is misleading. The light in the hall didn’t work. The computer equipment didn’t appear to be working in the office.

The whole hotel was a joke. Disappointing!!!

Rooms were small and bedding was over-worn and itchy. We had to pay a surcharge to use the pool and sauna- once we paid for it we were told we had to buy shower caps next door at decathalon. We did not want to do so therefore we did not receive a refund.

Yet again we have come to stay at this hotel. It is convenient and easy to get to, with off-road parking and it is close to many shops. What is there not to like?

There was a delay checking in when we arrived. Reception asked us to pay even though we had paid previously on-line. This was sorted out and we had a room on a high floor as we had requested. The bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed the view across the Bay of Izmir in the evening after dark. The windows needed a good clean and the net curtains needed a good washing. Breakfast was excellent, the best we have had here, probably due to the property being full due to the Presidents Cycle Tour. As always, we will come again.

clean and modern, great sea view, great location, some staff at reception must be more familiar with the customers that were checked-in already, several times asking if I am customer at the Hotel or not before getting to the room, and access cards give too many errors not admitting into the room due to magnetic issues as they claim, it was really annoying

Very friendly front desk. Congratulations.. Other than that nothing special nothing bad. Close to highway so getting in and out was easy.

If you are there single, looking a budget option, it is a choice. Definitely there are better hotels with this range. I will not suggest couples, people who look comfy, decent clean feeling etc, look somewhere else.

The room we booked was a Business room with a King-sized bed and a sofa bed. The room we got had a standard bed and no sofa-bed. (Not a problem on this occassion). Room service was excellent. Very quick service. The salad we ordered was super-fresh and beautiful. Thank you to the chef. We will be back.

Türkiye’nin her yerinde yüzlerce otelde konaklamış biri olarak söyleyeceğim birkaç şey var. Öncelikle resepsiyondan başlayayım. Kısa saçlı sarışın bir hanımefendi ( ismini yazmayayım) bize evsizmişiz de otelde ücretsiz kalmayı rica ediyormuşuz gibi davrandı. Asla kibar bir cevap yok, tüm yanıtlar müşteriyi bozma üzerine kurulu. Rezervasyon henüz onaylanmadığı için lobide oturmamız gerekti, bir süre sonra tuvalet ihtiyacım için nereyi kullanabileceğimi sordum. Kattaki tuvaletin arızalı olduğunu, yardımcı olamayacağını söyledi. Otelde konaklayacağım ve onay beklerken tuvalet için yardımcı olmuyorsunuz yani bu mu dedim. Sert bakışlarla evet yardımcı olamıyoruz cevabını aldım. Zaten küçücük odalar için değerinin üstünde bir rakam isteniyor. Çift kişilik odada iki ayrı yatak, yürümek için alan bırakılmamış. Mini barda hiçbir şey yok, ekstra odaya bir şeyler söylendiğinde öyle oda hesabına yazın diye bir şey söz konusu değil nakit olarak o an isteniyor para. Kahvaltıya indiğimizde de oda numarası falan soruldu hemen. Hani konaklayana her an borç takıp gidecek biri muamelesi yapılıyor. Rahatsız hissettiriliyorsunuz her an. Kahvaltıda anne baba çocuk değilseniz aynı masada oturamazsınız dediler ayrıca. Anlıyoruz pandemi ama aynı odada kaldığım insanlarla nasıl birlikte yemek yiyemiyorum akıl almaz bi durum. Onu da geçtim, otelin harika bir deniz manzarası opsiyonu varken kahvaltıyı lobide kuytu karanlık bir yerde yapıyorsunuz. Çünkü başka bir alan yok. Otel dolu olduğunda inanılmaz b

It’s a beautiful city hotel in Izmir. Comfortable and good staffs

We got the location wrong, but not the hotels fault. Some of the best restaurants ive been to in Turkey just across the road. A pide restaurant and the one to the left of it. Wardrobe..6 hangers per person, not 3! Bed comfortable, good shower. Not many spots to put your clothing which was weird.

Excellent as usual

The staff at the Ramada Encore were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and it made our stay extremely pleasant. The rooms are large and comfortable and we will be using this hotel again.
